Skaven History

From the longest times these rodents existed under the biggest cities of the world. Because of their numbers and their overall chaotic society they were deemed as a thread to the world. They had to be stopped!

So it began, The Skaven Purge, which culminated during the Great Monstrous War of Tuah. Since then the skaven were thought extinct, but new or reformed camps were spotted under the Triple Coast. All fear a new vermin tide.

Allignment

Skaven have a strict hierarchy to their volatile lifestyle, and they will often use their position to exterminate any and all who oppose them. The only way to go up in their society is to murder your rival and to obtain his position in a sly or cunning way. They favor trickery or short-lived truces with enemies to which they will eventually backstab at a later date if they don't get backstabbed themselves. They always turn out chaotic evil.

It should be noted that due to these views and their tendency for back-stabbing, no one not even demons or devils, would ever want to count the Skaven among their allies. Everyone who knows about the Skaven knows that they are more likely to kick you in the shins and leave you for dead than even help a downed ally. Although a VERY rare occurrence of kindness can happen, given the right circumstance.

Size

The skaven usually average around 4 feet tall and weigh about 100 pounds. Your size is Medium or small.

Speed

Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Darkvision

You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Language

You can speak,read and write in Common and Undercommon

Conniving

You are proficient in two of the following skills: DeceptionPerceptionStealth, and Sleight of Hand.

Pack tactics

Pack tactics. You have advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of your allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated

Bite

If you hit with your bite, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier, instead of the normal bludgeoning damage for an unarmed strike.

Claw

Your overgrown buck teeth and unkempt claws are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with your claws, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength modifier, instead of the normal bludgeoning damage for an unarmed strike.

Size

Skaven of Clan Mors, particularly elite Stormverminl, can reach heights comparable to a human, standing roughly 5 to 6 feet tall when upright
