Homebrew Yuan-ti of Theros Species Details
The Yuan-ti of Theros were created by the Goddess of Affliction, Pharika. Pharika sees the Yuan-ti and the Legendary Gorgon races as her children. Pharika doesn't have many worshipers in the world of Theros, so in order to keep herself in power, she created the Gorgons and the Yuan-ti. The Yuan-ti usually serve under the Gorgons, and are vastly similar in terms of looks, but are completely different in terms of what they can do.
Yuan-ti of Theros Traits
The Yuan-ti are a race of Snake-People that come in all forms of Shapes and Sizes, mostly resemble a Humanoid Serpent or a Serpent-like Human.Darkvision
You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Poison Immunity
You are immune to poison damage and the poison condition.
Ability Score Increase
Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common, and Draconic.
Hold Breath
You can hold your breath for up to 15 minutes at a time.
Gaze of the Gorgon Immunity
You are immune to the Gaze of a Gorgon.
Yaun-ti Abomination of Theros
Yuan-ti abominations are completely snake except for a vaguely humanlike torso and arms that can weild weapons and use tools. Abominations closely resemble the perfect form that Pharika envisioned. Yuan-ti abominations are almost always the leaders in most Yuan-ti cities, unless a Yuan-ti Anathema or one of the Legendary Gorgons are present. and formed the highest caste in the Yuan-ti society.

Constrictor
Using your snake body you can easily maneuver around enemies and wrap around them. With this trait you have advantage on all your grappling checks.

Serpentine Brethren
You can cast animal friendship(snakes only) at will.
Snakeskin
You have a Natural Armor Class of 10 + Dex Modifier.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common, and Draconic.
Age
Yuan-ti Abominations can live for 200 years, They all mature at age 8, as their parents almost never wish to care for them for too long.
Size
Medium, anywhere from 160 to 260 lbs, anywhere from 5 feet to 6 and a half feet tall.
Alignment
Yuan-ti are almost always in their service of their god. They are typically Lawful Evil, though some exceptions exist. (Yuan-ti are almost always influenced by Pharika, Goddess of Affliction.)
Hybrid Nature
You have two creature types: Humanoid and Monstrosity. You can be affected by a game effect if it works on either of your creature types.
Gaze of the Gorgon Immunity
You are immune to the Gaze of a Gorgon.
Hold Breath
