Monk
Base Class: Monk

For Monks who have practiced the art of healing and channelling the ki in others for healing effects, rather than merely destruction.

Bonus Proficiencies

Your ability to read and sense the flow of ki in others allows you to tell what’s affecting a creature or whether or not it is being truthful. You gain proficiency in the medicine and insight skills.

Spiritual Healing

Your ability to use ki allows you to touch the life energy in others, granting you the ability to help them heal their wounds or restore their energy. You gain the Healing Touch and Rejuvenating Touch class features:

Healing Touch: As an action, you touch a living creature and spend 1 ki point. The target creature expends a hit die to regain hit points equal to the total rolled plus it's constitution modifier.
You can also choose to expend additional ki points when you use this feature. For each additional ki point spent the creature expends an additional hit die.
This feature has no effect on constructs or the undead.

Rejuvenating Touch: As an action, you touch a living creature and spend 1 ki point. The target creature can then regain an expended hit die. This can't take the creature over the maximum number of hit dice of that type it can have.
You can also choose to expend additional ki points when you use this feature. For each additional ki point spent the creature regains an additional hit die.
This feature has no effect on constructs or the undead.

Improved Channelling

At level 6 you have become more practiced in the art of using your healing healing touch and rejuvenating touch features. These become more powerful as described below:

When using the Healing Touch feature you can now use your own hit dice in place of the target creature’s. If you do this then you use your wisdom modifier in place of their constitution modifier when rolling to restore hit points.

If you use Rejuvenating Touch to restore hit dice to another creature, then both you and that creature gain a number of temporary hit points equal to 1 + your wisdom modifier (minimum of 2 temporary hit points). These temporary hit points last on an affected creature until they complete a long rest.

Restorative Touch

Your mastery over ki now allows you to manipulate the energies affecting a creature and end certain ongoing effects on them. As an action, you can touch a living creature and spend 1 ki point to end one of the following effects on it:

For 3 ki points you can also manipulate the ki of that creature to break the bond to an ongoing magical effect on it such as bane, bless, a curse, hex, or hunter's mark.

You can end multiple effects or spells with a single use of Restorative Touch, expending ki points separately for each effect you end.

Intuitive Senses

At level 17, your ability to sense the ki within living creatures has reached new heights. You gain blindsight out to a range of 10 feet, however this gives no benefit in detecting constructs or the undead. If you already have blindsight from another feature then the range of this is increased by 10 feet for the purposes of sensing creatures other than constructs or the undead.

Additionally, when touching a creature, you know if it's been transformed by magic. You gain no knowledge of what the true form is, only the knowledge that its form has been altered.
