Cad holds his breath as the fire engulfs him, hoping to avoid breathing in the flames. He rushes to the edge of the swamp and dives in, being sure to fully submerge both himself and the unconscious Titaani. On popping back up to the surface he immediately checks to see if she's still breathing. ((Medicine check to stabilize Titaani: 13))

Upset at their situation but happy that Cad has put out Titaani, Ben strides into the hut to the nearest ember. Sopping wet from his immersion in the water before, he hopes the fluid will help protect him from the ember.
Reaching down, Ben attempts to grab an ember and immerse it into the pail of water.

Cad, holding Titaani, jumps into the murky, waist-deep water, extinguishing the flames on both of them. He then manages to stabilize Titaani, who remains unconscious.
Ben tries to grab an ember, but it jumps away the moment he tries.
The bullywug climbs out of the murk, and dripping with algae, races back in to attempt to thwack another ember out the door with his spear. Bullywug spear attack: 5 Hit: 3 piercing damage
He shouts in Sylvan:
"Get 'em! Don't let 'em burn down the factory!"

This is getting tiresome!" He complains. "Can we lure them closer to the water somehow?"
"Who gives a damn? Leave it! We don't even know what it is; no need for anyone to die to save some fool's barn! Just put yourselves out and get back to the stepping stones!" He sets the gnome down at the end of the stones and readies a ray of frost to fire at any of the tiny elementals who leave the building.

Still clinging to his empty, dented bucket, Horatio races toward the nearest visible water – across the rickety deck and over the edge – and extinguishes his flames in the murky pond. (He takes another1 fire damage en route.)
Matilda, aflame, remains inside the smoldering building. She may act next. The smoke inside is getting heavier, as more of the building ignites.
You hear the shouts of approaching bullywug, approaching across the stepping stones.
Matilda, gripping her empty bucket as the flames spread across her smock, is up next!

Matilda is badly burned and really not coping with the pain and smoke but she does her best to kick two of the embers out the door, throwing her bucket to Cad to fill.
( Matilda is currently on 3 hp I think unless I missed a post.)
Matilda fumbles, blindly trying to kick the embers out the door, but ultimately fails to strike the bouncing animated coals. Her clothing continues to smolder with flames.
Smoke has begun to slowly fill the chamber. It's getting harder to see and breathe, as the whole building threatens to ignite. Two figures emerge from the fog to the west - the two bullywugs you passed earlier repairing the balloon. They shout with alarm at the sight of the burning building.

”Get out of here and jump in the water, Matilda!” calls Ben, concerned at her burns and current enflamed state. He once again tries to grab at the ember nearest her so she can hopefully leave without it attacking her (AOO). If he succeeds, he plunges the ember in the pail of water, hoping to extinguish it.
”Let’s see if they follow us out of the building!” adds Ben, using his movement to back away a bit and try and shield Matilda as she hopefully heads towards the water.

Cad is dismayed to see Ben and Matilda have not emerged from the burning building. He scoops up a bucketful of water and hands it to one of the bullywugs passing by. "There's a child in there! She may be unconscious! Please save her!"
The two new bullywugs rush past Cad and Titaani. One grabs Cad's bucket and dowses the flames on her. The other pushes past Matilda and Ben (Dash) and into the burning building.
The original bullywug tries again to stab one of the coals with its spear: Melee Attack: 16 Hit: 2 piercing damage.

Realizing the Bullywugs are burning, Horatio goes to the entrance of the hut and douses the nearest one with water (but not the one Matilda is already helping). He will try to help the other put themselves out next turn.
Horatio climbs back onto the rickety deck and rushes in with a full pail of water. He successfully douses the flaming, shouting bullywug near Ben.
Matilda skirts around the outside of the building to the fallen bullywug, rather than trying to face a gauntlet of five opportunity attacks. But as she grabs the fallen frogoid to pull him away, she does face one unavoidable coal: Kindle Attack vs. Matilda: 18 Hit: 4 fire damage, and the target catches fire
