Zeds is trying to mostly stay out of sight while spying upon the new robed travellers and sees no reason, at this point, to make an introduction to this new potential companion on the caravan. Instead he lays back and waits in the shadows (or other unseen areas) to try to see if perhaps this one knows the other two or not. Besides, it is up to Faelsin if they can join the caravan or not.
”Who are you, where are you from and please reveal your face before you make another step.” Said Ironthar, glaive held firm in his hand.
The man seems surprised or possibly offended by these questions. He considers for a moment before responding, "Is such lack of hospitality common here? It is considered rude to ask these questions before breaking bread with a guest, but I was warned that the customs in this land are...different."
Ixsas takes a breath, stands a little straighter and says, "You may call me Ixsas." He raises his right hand to his chest, makes a fist, and then bows slightly. "I am a Burning Brazier of Kossuth. My home temple is away to the south," he waves his hand vaguely back to the south, "near the Shining Sea." He reaches up a hand and uncovers his face, leaving the ends of the headscarf to fall down on his shoulders. He has no facial hair, and his face looks oddly mottled from a distance. His skin looks flakey or scaly, like he has some affliction of the skin. The scaly flakes are a deep, dark black. In between the scales, the color fades to a lighter gray and then to the same the coppery-red color of his hands.
Ixsas says proudly, "One of the Fervid Fires at my temple saw a vision in the Fire. A danger rising in the North that could be a threat to the whole world. I was chosen to go north, to be a steady Flame and a Light against the dark danger ahead." He addresses Ironthar directly, "Now you know my name and see my face. Are you the leader of this caravan? I simply ask for hospitality, some company on the road and perhaps a wagon where I can put my pack while I walk."
Faelsin is suspicious of another robed figure, but he was not about to turn into some paranoid hermit. "You may travel with us, but we ran into a strange incident of a man choking on a critter and another man comatose. Just know you will be watched. You can head to wagon 3"
The caravan resumes heading north though some of the other caravanners whispers that this journey is cursed. The caravan passes a large boulder typically uses as a landmark for travelers. It's usually roughly oval in shape but now its shattered into pieces. Faelsin urges everyone to focus on their work, but he wonders what could have happened to the boulder.
A few minutes later the caravan comes across a large footprint.
"Dragons, robed mystery men and now giant?" Zeds says to Ironthar and Krackle. "Perhaps this caravan is cursed..." Though mainly Zeds is still focused on spying upon the new figures... He's a little lax during the day as he figures it is tougher to attack anyone unawares but he intends to be quite vigilant come nightfall.

Wagon 3 has the 2 ill teamsters.
Ixsas thanks Faelsin kindly, if a little formally. He puts his backpack on wagon 3, lightening his load by 50 pounds. Now he walks much more comfortably with the caravan. Once it starts moving again, he does tie his headscarf back around his face.
If Ixsas has time (before whatever is happening with the giant footprints), he'll ask someone about the ill teamsters and what happened to them. When he has a chance, he'll ask to examine them, saying, "I am no physician, but the Sacred Flame can purify the body and burn away impurities."
If Ixsas gets a chance to examine the teamsters, he holds his amulet of Kossuth and prays for guidance. Then he examines them to see whether he can see what ails them, especially the comatose one. ((Medicine26, including bonus from guidance))
A few minutes later the caravan comes across a large footprint.
When they find the footprint, Ixsas asks whether any Faelsin's guards would help him look for more tracks. He says, "We should see whether there are more tracks and whether they are fresh. We wouldn't want to stumble into an ambush!"
If Faelsin gives him some time to check for tracks, Ixsas says, "Kossuth, Lord of Flames, light my way." (He casts light on his amulet of Kossuth.) Light seems to shine from within his amulet. It doesn't do much in open daylight, but it helps to ensure that he won't miss any tracks in the shadows. He again prays for guidance from Kossuth. Then Ixsas spends a minute walking out from the original large footprint to see whether he can find additional footprints or signs of a giant's recent passage.
((OOC: I assume that looking for more tracks would be Perception or Survival (same bonus): 20, assuming one of the other party members will help and including a bonus from guidance. Subtract 1 if that check should have been investigation.)
Krackle would give a small nod in approval when the stranger mentioned burning their enemies. At the sight of the giant footprint, Krackle releases the reigns of Jr and clutches the backpack on his chest tightly. "I'm used to having to watch out so that I'm not stepped on... but something big enough to leave a footprint that big could crush my whole carriage..." The kobold says with a frown. "i was expecting to have to fight a dragon.. but now giants?"
“Giants! We should probably take another route. Hey you new guy! Come here.” He gestures towards Ixsas.
”Could you help us scout about 100 ft in front, I want to determine where the giant headed, there must be more footprints ahead.” Ironthar says to Ixsas.

The cleric gives Ironthar a searching look but comes over.

"My name," he says politely, "is Ixsas. And I would be happy to help. All is revealed by the Light of the Lord of Flames."
Then, Ixsas proceeds as described above, with help from Ironthar:

While Ixsas may be able to find and follow any other tracks, he's probably not the best "scout" since he makes a fair amount of noise clanking around in his armor.
Indeed, you see more footprints leading to the northeast. They lead over a hill and into a dell that is mostly covered in waving grasses and hardy evergreens. The trees obscure much of the dell, but the footprints continue onward. Up ahead you a moss-covered helm fit for a head much larger than a human. It looks as if it's been left there for quite some time.
If you plan to be stealthy then please roll stealth. If not let me know.
Ixsas examines the ill/comatose teamster and gets the sense healing alone will not be enough. A restoration spell or something similar would be needed to bring to man back to consciousness.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Krackle would shrug and offer to scout ahead when Ixsas mentions that he may not be the best suited for the job. After making sure that his backpack is securly fastoned to his chest, he would begin slinking off over the hill... crouching low in the grass.

Ixsas points ahead and whispers to Ironthar, "The trail continues into that dell there. What do you plan to do?" He recognizes that Ironthar is a sort of leader of the caravan's guards.

((OOC: Heh. A jumble of cross-posting this today. 🙂 Let's see whether this makes sense of the posts...))
Ixsas manages to find additional footprints and tracks them northeast to the top of the hill. He thinks about what could have made the footprints. Based on the size of the footprint, does Ixsas think that that it was made by a goliath, an ogre, a hill giant, or something larger? Nature 13 (in game log)
Ixsas returns to the caravan to tell Ironthar (not whispering) about what he saw. If he thinks that he knows what made the footprints (e.g., ogre, not a true giant), then he'll also let Ironthar and Krackle know.
After saying that he's not the stealthiest, he returns to the top of the hill with Krackle, who offered to scout ahead a little farther.

Before Krackle even gets to the dell, he disappears so completely that Ixsas wonders whether the little scaly creature has the ability to change the color of his skin like some some lizards in the south.
((OOC: Since we're outdoors, I'm not sure how far it is from Ironthar to the top of the hill and from the top of the hill to the giant moss-covered helm. Is it like 100 ft., 500 ft., 1/2 mile?))
If Ixsas sees Krackle reach a point > 200 ft. away: Ixsas will try to move forward as quietly as he can. He wants to be stay close enough to be of some assistance if Krackle runs into trouble, but not so close that he ruins their scout's efforts. Stealth 10 (in game log) Once he reaches the moss-covered helm, Ixsas hides there and looks / listens for any sign of Krackle returning.
Zeds continues to keep a low profile and keep an eye on the pair of robed figures that recently joined. This Ixsas was not amongst the caravan when the man fell ill and the spider attacked so Zeds doesn't consider him a risk but the Red and the White one... Zeds continues spying on them and allows the caravan business to be handled by the others.
Krackle seamlessly blend into the surrounding woods as he follows the giant footprints. Up ahead there signs of a battle with trees shattered by mighty blows. In the center of the newly formed clearing sits an elderly stone giant recently injured it as it holds its side with its right hand. Blood does not flow from the wound but a find rivulet of sand that sparkles like opals.

”Faelsin, it seems there is another traveller coming in seeking refuge.” He says to the caravan leader.
