"Apart from my sense of dignity being hurt by having to be in this interesting smell I'm alright thank you."The young dark-haired man says with a grin, ready to move on in the back of the troupe, offering to graciously carry Kevori over the murky waters by the use of his boots who evidently has small fairy wings attached to them, making him hover along in a slow and graceful pace.
Meanwhile the tiny invisible figure again flies ahead in the tunnel to scout for threats and warn her companion.
Tabitha will continue to walk on the water, her tail up in the air to avoid touching the filth, while Lance wades through infront of the party. Best way to find underwater traps? Trigger them with something that can be remade if it comes to it.
Erven sheathes his sword and walks up onto the dry portion of the room, looking down at the pole that he deposited there. He bends down and says “Loul’ Edhallen” and reaches out, the pole collapses into a 1 foot long tube that he takes and puts into his pack.
He turns around and starts to head down the passage, sticking to the dark when he is able, moving slowly and looking ahead. He gives everyone a nod as they move out to proceed.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
"Well done, Tabitha!" Khessa jovially pats the artificer on the shoulder as the enemy is vanquished by the final blow "And you too, guys!" she smiles to everybody "Nice to have you all!"
"I'm fine, Kit, thank you..." the blonde arcane warrior replies to Kitiara "Miss Dirty Wave here almost had me..." she shrugs "But just almost. Where did I train?" her blue eyes sadden a little "In the Underdark, mostly. While I was desperately trying to come back to the surface".
But there is not much more time: Erven is going and the tall adventuress does not want to stay too far back... So she follows, relieved, at least, that Miss Dirty Wave's word confirm they are on the right tracks.
With the elemental disposed of, the group continues to delve deeper into the cult of the lair. One by one, you wade through the reeking water, though the flooded tunnel thankfully doesn't seem to be too long. After a few rather odiferous moments, the tunnel finally leads you to a dark chamber. As soon as the first person steps foot into the room, another sickly green torch sputters to life on the wall. You see that you're in an octagonal room, and the air here has a must scent. Glossy urns and cinerary boxes line the walls of this vaulted rotunda. Four other tunnels lead away from the chamber, their depths unlit. Drifting in the center of the room above a drain is a ghostly, transparent, humanoid figure. The figure is clad in plate armor, and where a head should be, there is instead a featureless, luminescent orb. The spirit turns to face the group, and even though it doesn't have a face, you can tell it's surprised to see you. "Oh, hello!" The spirit says in a woman's voice with a friendly manner as she waves to the group. "I thought I heard someone down this way. Nice to meet all of you!''
(Kit will be using her Divine Sense, but I'll hold the RP for it until I get the results from the DM)
Until the end of your next turn, you know the location of any celestial, fiend, or undead within 60 feet of you that is not behind total cover. You know the type (celestial, fiend, or undead) of any being whose presence you sense, but not its identity. Within the same radius, you also detect the presence of any place or object that has been consecrated or desecrated, as with the hallow spell.
"Oh, my pleasure too..." Khessa lights up, pleased that this second apparition seems friendlier than the previous one "My name is Khessa, Khessa Cabbagefield! May I know what's yours? And what are you doing here, above all, if I'm not too indiscreet? Are you guarding something?"
Erven stays against the wall, hand gripping his shortsword, with the finest tremor. He watches with wide eyes as Khessa approaches and speaks to the thing. He remains silent and under tension like a cat who is about to strike, observing the interaction.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
(Also holding RP until this question is answered. But seeing as Lance went first, did it trigger the torchlight or was it only triggered by the first living creature?)
"For sure!" the ghost replies cheerily. She drifts closer to Khessa and stretches out a hand to shake, oblivious to the fact that Khessa's hand would pass right through her own. "My name is..." She pauses, suddenly seeming unsure of herself. After a moment, she shrugs and says in her normal cheery tone, "You know what, I actually don't remember. Kinda odd, isn't it?"
Turning slightly, she says, "This is a crypt of some sort, and no, I don't guard it." She chuckles before continuing in a lower, more embarrassed tone. "I actually, uh, live here. Sorry for all the dust. I can't really do any cleaning."
"Anyways, enough about me. What about you guys? What are you doing down here? It's been forever since I've had visitors!" If her head wasn't a featureless orb of light, you would assume a wide smile would be splitting her face.
Thinking on the strange, green torch providing the room with grim lighting, Tabitha recalls that it only flickered to life when the first person of the group entered the rotunda. Lance seemed to have no effect on it. She also noticed that when the torch ignited, she felt a sudden, yet almost imperceptible feeling of fatigue run through her body for the briefest moment. She assumes the others felt it as well, but it was very easy to miss. Only taking time to ponder the experience allowed her to recognize the feeling.
Opening her senses to the unseen world about her, Kit is greeted by the sudden, overwhelming scent of decay and death hanging heavy in the air like a cloying miasma. It's all around her, twisting through the air like ribbons of shadows. The strongest source come from the ghost before you, and a weaker source emanates from the green torches. Unfortunately, she can't pick up on anything else at the moment.
After cleaning himself off with a simple cantrip (Prestidigitation), Bahrumuhd offers to clean anyone else off if they want.
Jack
Kevora gratefully accepts Jack's aid in crossing the reeking water. She confides to you that she hates getting dirty, and she was dreading crossing by herself.
Jack's fey friend relays that two of the rooms adjacent to the main chamber seem to contain tombs. The third tunnel directly across from the one you entered from ends in a heavy stone door

The young dark-haired man nods to himself as his unseen little friend keeps him updated on what lies ahead, placing Kevori gently into the chamber ahead before turning his attention to the sphere-headed apparition. He assumed it was some kind of undead which would make sense in a place like this, but it also seemed quite amicable and could possibly be a great source of information. "God evening milady..." The young dark-haired man says with a graceful bow to the cheerful apparition. "...forgive us for our intrusion into your...home...but we are looking for a cloaked person coming through here quite recently, you wouldn't happen to know where to find them would you?" He asks with a pleasant smile, warily stepping closer to the apparition, hoping it isn't a mistake.

Ketangu truly disliked traveling through the fetid waters but do so without complaint. Though when Mud offered a thorough cleaning Ketangu leapt at the chance to be clean again "Oh yes please clean me as I can still feel the filth from that water on my body."
Once clean he finally turns to the spirit and asks, "can you tell us where these unlit passageways lead to?"
Khessa realizes that she is practically unpresentable after crossing the filthy passage and accepts the magical cleansing by Bahrumuhd with a smile.
The blonde arcane warrior meanwhile, when the Nameless Ghost stretches out a hand to shake, actually tries a handshake, because she doesn't want to seem rude... but when her corporeal hand passes through the other immaterial one, she smiles and makes amends : "I have seen people from the North salute this way too" and she simply raises her hand, palm open, in a barbaric salute that he once saw some Uthgardt barbarians use and which requires no physical contact.
The tall adventuress is taken aback by the statement that 'It's been forever' since Nameless Ghost 'has had visitors'... Maybe Nameless Ghost doesn't consider the Cultists to be visitors? Maybe the ghost considers herself one of them? Maybe the cultists use a different entrance? Or a secret passage the party missed? Anyway, once she recovers from the surprise, Jack has already spoken - and seems to be doing well - and Ketangu joins the conversation too... so she simply stays close to Jack, smiling and involved, but still ready to intervene if the friendly encounter... becomes less friendly.

"I have a bad feeling about this," Kit whispers in Elvish to the scarred Ranger, Evren.
"You head left. I'll go right. Cover the side corridors?"
"Oh, and watch out for the torches."

(Moving into position without her intentions being noticed, Deception 16 or Stealth 5. Perception to watch for danger down the corridor 4.)
Tabitha doesn't like the torches, and she has also had the same though as Khessa (not that they know each others thoughts) of it seeming strange that the spectre hasn't had visitors when they definitely seem to have been in the right place from the eyeball. She is tempted to try repeating the phrase to the figure, but in case it doesn't like the cultists, she waits for now, instead watching the torches closely for any pulsing.
