Meanwhile, after successfully and invisibly sabotaging the rope with a subtle jam on the ceiling, Peri joins Boktopus and Krill on the other side of the room.
The sauhagin remain none the wiser of the intrusion. The gate remains closed at the far side of the room.
Kei remains behind at a safe distance, watching through Krill's eyes.

Suffering the attacks as he goes by as well as the additional stabs, Gerrard tries to grab the remaining Sahuagain and drag it back towards the prison.
(Gerrard should be about 20 feet further east from last turn. Opportunity attack plus second wind plus up to two attacks to grapple. Move as much as possible with the Sahuagin back towards the room, so if AOO gets it, move plus dash)

The sahuagin struggles to escape. Rather than use its weapon, it strains against Gerrard to get loose, howling in complaint.

Maintaining a hold on the Sahuagin with one hand, Gerrard stabs at it fiercely with his glowing rapier held in the other. If it goes limp in his hand, he will pull it as far back towards the prison as he can, hoping its cries are drowned out by the bloodthirsty shouts in the arena.

As he drags his captive westward, Gerrard manages to stick a blade through his tough natural armor, but somehow the sahuagin is still alive and trying to shout. Gerrard manages to just push past the sea lion to the edge of the intersection where most of the others are waiting.
The hallways remain empty and quiet, except for the roar of the crowd to the south. No aid has arrived to heed the sahuagin's calls so far.
Qivys may act next. The sahuaguin is near death, grappled by Gerrard, and surrounded by your party.
Upside-down and invisible, Peri carefully fiddles with the rope, trying to create a jam. (Make a Dex check.)
