Martin finds himself in a hallway with only a single door leading north. Instinct suggests it is a small room, like a storage room or another slave's quarters. Using an action, he enters the room, finding it an empty slave's quarters with no other exit. He is no trapped in a dead end and the barbarians stop just outside the hallway in the kennel. He hears the sound of cages swinging open.
Just to his north, Kulloda is encountering a nearly identical situation, except with doors going both to the north and south.
Dog was right on his heels until he gets a good look at the prisoner once the man lifts his head. It is none other than Althus, former protector of Gentoa during their shared travels along the Long Road last year. He looks to be badly beaten, with one eye swollen shut. Recognition flits across his face upon seeing Dog.
North of Kulloda, Gash and Tristan enter a hallway with doors leading to the north and south.
Kulloda pounds his fist in anger against the wall in the hallway.
"Kulloda not want hall," Kulloda rages. "Kulloda want Fang."
He looks at the door to the south and the one to the north.
Kulloda growls and pushes open the door to the north, looking inside as he does. If it's empty, he turns and pushes the door to the south open.
Slamming open the door to the north (free action), Kulloda finds another empty slave quarters. Turning to the south, he opens the door to a shriek, finding man in threadbare clothing holding up his hands defensively.
Confronted with a hallway, Tristan moves quickly down the end. “This place is a maze. I am beginning to think the Fang does not want to be found. Maybe the Traveler let him know we were coming” Tristan laughs at his own joke. Knowing that his companions were somewhere to the south, he opens the door to the south first and looks inside. Hoping to find the Fang or someone from his group.

Kulloda bellows at the man holding up his hands.
"Fang? Where Fang?" Kulloda yells, deciding that no one who was the Fang would shriek like that.
But before he can stop himself to wait long enough for an answer, his impatience at its peak from not finding anything through all of these rooms and hallways, Kulloda swings his great sword around in an arc at the shrieking man, then pivots and brings the sword back down for a second blow.

"Tell where Fang is," Kulloda yells again after attacking.
"Althus! It's Dog. What are you doing here? Let's get you out. We're here to kill the Fang. Long story. Let me help you along. Can you walk?"he says, trying to unchain the man.

You're out of actions, opening two doors, but I'll save your rolls for next round.

The chain shatters on the first strike of the hammer, allowing Althus to stand. He stretches his legs, having been tied too close to the ground to ever be able to stand until now.
His voice is barely a croak when he speaks. "Thank you," he says, but is clearly not able to say much more.

Maybe the Traveler let him know we were coming” Tristan laughs at his own joke. Knowing that his companions were somewhere to the south, he opens the door to the south first and looks inside. Hoping to find the Fang or someone from his group.
Opening the door to the south leads directly to Dog, who is helping steady a man with some kind of deformity in his arms, dressed in torn, Alciondrian clothing. A shattered chain hangs from the man's neck, making clear the purpose of this room, which he notices now is filled with cages, stocks, and chains.
Dog helps Althus stand steadily, and hands him a greater healing potion, and offers to help him walk if needed. When Tristan comes in, his eyes dart up with menace, only relaxing minutely when he recognizes him. The minute meteors still orbit his head, like angry fireflies, restless for vengeance. "Old friend held here. Althus, meet Tristan. I'm... angry. Kulloda has real competition for beheading Fang." Dog says in clipped speech. He offers Althus the warhammer and pats his sword, getting it ready to draw.
He wants to go north, where he assumes Kulloda is chasing Fang, and will move as much as he is able, helping Althus if he'll take it but moving along if not.
Tristan raises his sword, then drops it in relief as he recognizes Dog with someone else He takes in the room and quickly realizes that the other person is not the Fang, not with the remnants of chains still wrapped around him.
“Dog, I’m glad to see you. Making friends I see. Where are the others?” As Dog introduces his companion Tristan nods “Time for introductions later. Still need to find the Fang before the rest of his guards snap out of it. There is another door to the north behind me.” Tristan calls over his shoulder, “Gash, I found Dog. Check out the room to the north, will you please? I am right behind you.”
Gash follows Tristan's direction and opens the door to the north. A cacophony of screeches and squawks sounds from what is obviously a rookery. There stands a large, well-equipped man tightening his belt and checking his equipment methodically. He looks up at Gash and narrows his eyes. Gash casts Forcecage around The Fang, capturing him but not either of his falcons or loose ravens in the room.

#7 runs into the small servants quarters to find it infested with rats! Repulsed, he backs out into the kennel and says something to the other man, who sends in the wolves.
The wolves attack the writhing mass of rats, each with a bite attack.
