Everyone will create a Level 20 character using Playershandbook+1 source as if were playing adventures league, but we are not. Everyone gets 5 permanent magic items, 2 Legendaries and 3 others. 5 Potions of supreme healing which is restocked every fight. If you die, you are brought back for the next fight. Players will vote on 12 different locations, and you can change the location each fight, fighting on a 64 by 64 grid using google docs
1. Desert/plains 2. Arctic 3. Forest 4. City 5. Mountainous 6. Lake divided area 7. Ocean fighting it on an unsinkable ship(that would not be fair if it killed you by sinking the ship 8. Flat land of Jupiter 9. Flat land of Mars (assume your character was given a magical spell to breath the air on either planet. By the way both those planets have hazards affecting both you and it, not to mention gravity will affect jumping if you need to. Jupiter is a very gaseous planet, so all fire damage is doubled, however I'm telling you upfront, it some creatures are immune to fire. Many other hazards apply, I watch the science channel to know), 10. Swamp land (yes crocodiles will be a thing too and their damage will be treated as magical to affect both you and the creature. 11. Abandoned themepark (yes the only roller-coasters will be working and made of indestructible adamantine, with speeds of up to 200 ft round, sadly that is only 22.725 mph). 12. Solid clouds (don't fall, you are 2000 feet above ground, unless you plan to knock the enemy prone and off the edge, yes Mario themed, jump on clouds, each cloud is fairly flat and is no more than 10 feet from the next, also creates somewhat 3d environment, since a few will be lower and higher).
There will be the following fights: Dagon, Cr 25, a creature found on the DMs guild inspired by Lovecraft. Chorust, Slaad of Randomness, CR 25 created on DMs guild. Tiamat, the CR 30 Dragon, our CR 25 Demon from out of the abyss, Tarrasque fight cr 30, Hecatonheires, a collossal aberration CR 31. Marduck, a celestial lawful neutral pantheon of the stars cr 31, and Raktavija, a cr 31 demon, ancient era Vedic pantheon, last three found on Dms guild. (Need at least one level 20 Full Cleric to defeat the last two, or you never get past its regeneration and it can regenerate at 0. Clerics are treated as having a divine rank of 6 due to greater divine intervention, as that is the intervention your God provides you with).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
27 Point buy as if it were adventures league. Don't forget if you are wearing something like say the belt of fire giant strength, you would already be at 25 Str, so you would ignore putting points into Str.
Edit: after reading up on the dice rolling thread I'm going to test somethign 6
awesome this really does have anti cheat device, I changed 1d6+2 to 1d5+2. Not that I don't trust people, but that is a cool feature.
I have done a template hill dwarf cleric (20lvl) here on ddb, did you plan to share some content? If You have it of course...because for free, the only option available is life cleric.
Clerics are treated as having a divine rank of 6 due to greater divine intervention, as that is the intervention your God provides you with).
What does that mean, exactly?
Divine Rank 1: Marduk ignores all damage resistance and immunities with of a lower divine rank than his own.
Regeneration: Marduk regains 10 hit points at the beginning of each of his turns. If Marduk takes damage from a creature with a divine rank higher than than his own, he does not regenerate on his next turn. Marduk only dies if he is at 0 and does not regenerate.
For creatures that do not have a divine rank, your God provides greater divine intervention by making all your attacks do 5 extra damage.
It will not be an action to have your God provide greater divine intervention, it will be automatic and passive at each fight
Alright, so I may be bringing people from another site forum onto here, or bring you all to that site, who is all in? Over there we have up to 3, over here we have up to 3. I need to know who is all in. I won't do this with less than 6,

All in, character almost ready here on ddb, not complete cause of lacking options on free account:
If you'll take me in, I wouldn't mind bumping my Mystic (Nomad) up to lvl 20 and seeing how she runs. I can have a sheet posted within the next 1-2 days.
Grishkar Darkmoor, Necromancer of Nerull the Despiser Kelvin Rabbitfoot, Diviner, con artist, always hunting for a good sale Bründir Halfshield, Valor Bard, three-time Sheercleft Drinking Competition Champion, Hometown hero
Awesome to know we have people. Give this about another 5 days for this to start, recruitment is slow. Though I thought D&D players would go crazy over fighting the Tarrasque and other high CR creatures. In fact there are forums and stories about groups fighting some or all of these creatures, my D&D friend told me about it, if you beat these creatures, you will be able to share your stories. Though I can't find it where people have posted stories about the Tarrasque fight and some of the other creatures here. Googled and and can't fight Tarrasque fight, or Tiamat stories or even stories about these less known about creatures.
I'll do my best. My highest build was a lvl 12 in 5e so far. Going for ranged combatant; extremely hard to catch, massive damage coming out of her cannon of a bow. Should be familiar for Matthias :)
If you want to stick to core rulebooks, I can run a Wizard/Cleric I've been eager to see fleshed out to end-game level.

Shariel/Minatarsis?

Grishkar?

The most evil two, yes! Shariel as my first pick and Grishkar as the second (with his goal of Lichdom achieved, pending DM approval).

Not to bother you Barlow but I understood from the first post that the allowed material would be PHB+one source and I am not sure if UA were included

I'lll admit the PHB+1 source was slightly confusing. That's why I threw out a mystic for first choice, then a wizard/cleric.

I also forgot to mention, you cannot have the Wave, Whelm or Blackrazor. Adventures League does not let you keep them after finishing White Plume Mountain and neither will I. This is to prove that an optimized Adventures League character (even though we aren't playing Adventures League) can beat these monsters, and since those aren't keepable, the answer is no.
I have the DMG, so if you have a question about a magic item, ask.
I have upped the number of magic items from 5 to 7 and you get 7 of those potions of supreme healing instead of 5. Still only 2 Legendaries. If you are out of good magic items to choose from there is always the tome's which I will assume you read and automatically get added to your stats, you can have 1 of each Tome. Tome of Manual bodily Health for example increases your Con by 2 permanently and your Max possible Con by 2 permanently, so now you can have 22 Con instead of 20 (takes 48 hours to read which I will assume you did). There are 7 Tome's, one for each stat and a Tome of Golems.

Interesting, I would like to have a spot, I can try with the full cleric, light domain, character sheet soon

I have a half orc monk build I am toying with that I bumped to lvl 20 . I would be interested.
Oniss - Half-Elf Level 1 Sorcerer - ToA
Golden Blurg (GB) - Aarakocra Level 3 Wizard - KR

Playershandbook+1 means anything by wizards, the core rulebook, plus one other book to make your character. Swords coast, volos guide, etc.
