The amorphous serpent creature and the skitterer hit by Grandpa's acid bear down under the blast of sound, but three others are flung away from BB, weakly flopping against the ground. A spray of purple dust is pushed away from him, as he slams the maul down on another skitterer twice.

Bolt lines herself up and sends a torrent of lightning ripping through the ranks of the other side, catching four skitterers and the robes guy as it squares up with Larry.

Robes twitches as the lightning courses through him, but the four skitterers drop in the dust. Of those remaining, five swarm Larry, and three go after Bolt. At the front of the procession, BB has successfully taken the attention of Grandpa, and they are all clamoring to get a chomp on him, though the three he flung back with his blast of thunder are late to the party, leaving only seven to try gnawing on him.

The robed figure raises a sleeved arm up to shroud their face, but it seems they were caught in the blinding brightness of Larry's surge of magic too.
