This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Doesn’t matter here, but if Nock is submerged that would cancel your advantage—I think. Can’t remember if the underwater melee penalties apply if only one person is underwater.)
Nock will shield as well, and continue the assault while refreshing himself (burning CD to gain back 2nd level spell slot). He’ll drop his flame tongue for an older maul, however.
