Raqisat takes 3 poison damage to start the round...
Raqisat Recklessly chucks one dagger at this thing and then positions himself wherever seems best to attack this thing from. Be it on the stairs or running up them to the railing of the next deck, Raqisat's goal is to be within ten feet of the creature to be able to at least reach it with his whips, which he will then do once while drawing his second whip. (Dagger, movement, bonus action Whip and then Con Save vs Posioned...)
Dagger Attack: Nat 1
Bonus Action Whip Attack: 2+6 for an 8 to hit, for 4 damage if it somehow hits...
((Reckless Attack for attacks so straight rolls instead of disadvantaged due to poisoned condition... Attack rolls versus Raq have advantage this round.))
Con Save VS Poison: 11... Using the d8 Bardic Inspiration Cosette gave Raq while she was botted makes it a 19! (rolls in game log) Poisoned Condition ended!!
((The one hovering "just above" me is in melee range still, right? If so...))
Grugga continues to drive at the creature with all his might - it might look annoyed now, but with a little luck and perseverance, Grugga would see this monstrosity dead as soon as possible.
Attack 1: 17 to hit
damage: 12 magical slashing
Attack 2: nat 1...
Artificers of his specialization train in efficient and practical maneuvers with a variety of weapons, but they were clearly made for fighting against creatures with similar body types: 2 arms, 2 legs, about 4-6 feet, incapable of flight, not covered in shadowy chitin... Against this flying bastard of the breach, his form was a crap shoot; the young artificer strikes true with both hands, rending an ichorous in the Vrock's chest. When Grugga follows up with the proper form shift, the Vrock has simply batted its wings and flown out of his sword's range, leading to a wide miss.
Seeing that this might be a prolonged fight, Grugga removes one hand from his sword hilt so he can easily react with magic if needed ((preparing to cast shield)).
[Cosetteand Leelan are stunned so we are back around to Rohuzar...]
Raqisat's dagger, aimed for the Vrock's eye, clatters off the bottom of the staircase and falls harmlessly to the deck. His whip catches only air. His reckless attacks don't so much as garner the demon's attention. Grugga, meanwhile, seems to have the creature's focus as he hits once again with his magically embued sword.
Up top, Aubreyblasts the other Vrock hard in the side of the head. A follow up blast is ducked as the creature snaps its beady eyes toward the warlock.
[Botting Rohuzaragain. If you are back and disagree with any of this, just post a correction.]
Picking himself up, Rohuzarquickly assesses the situation. Four of them are up front with the other Vrock, while Aubreyand the Captain are now alone on the top deck with the other. He briefly considers casting expeditious retreat and running around the ship to the stairs. But he concludes even that wouldn't likely get him there in time. Instead, he climbs the deck rail and jumps for the top deck, trying to pull himself back up. Athletics check vs DC 14: 17

At the front of the ship, the Vrock[which appears lightly wounded, thanks mostly to Grugga'smagic sword] turns away from the Orc Artificer and moves over top of the stunnedLeelan. The Vrock grabs the Gnome* and lifts him up off of the deck. It flies north [if Raqisat or Gruggahave reactions they can take AOO] until it is 10' off the starboard side and holds there.
*[Under rules for stunned it says you are incapacitated... under rules for grappling it says it automatically succeeds against incapacitated targets.]
Up top, the Vrock snaps its head back and forth between Aubreyand Rohuzar. Then it hisses out something in a harsh, unfamiliar language and turns its back on Rohuzarin favor of the weaker-looking target. It flies up and over the bridge building.
Rohuzargets an AOO.
Longsword Attack: 11 Damage: 9
The Vrock then attacks Aubrey.
Beak Attack: 19 Damage: 12
Talons Attack: 17 Damage: 13
Then it continues to fly away south [if Aubreyhas a melee weapon and a reaction he could make an AOO], where it stops off the port side of the ship and turns, mockingly, toward Rohuzar.

Aubrey winces in pain as the feathered monster runs it's beak into his shoulder, the pain excruciating as blood stains his exquisite white shirt. Staggering against the bridge building, The young noble calls upon the powers of his talisman to pull the monster closer to Rohuzar to let the massive orc bury his blade into the insolent creature.
(Bonus action Telekinetic Shove Str save: 15)
The young noble then sends two golden beams of eldritch crackling force towards the stinking bird-like creature, then stepping into full cover at the northern corner of the bridge building.

(3 poison damage taken) As the world around him stops ringing and he returns to his senses, Leelan realizes he’s not where he remember being moments ago. Caught in the bird-demon’s grip, he looks down to see the dark waters flowing below. His nauseous feeling still hindering his senses, the gnome tries to think of a solution. The best course of action would probably still be to try and free himself. Gods know what his assailant had in mind for him should he remain caught.

Feeling frustrated with his weapons apparent uselessness against these creatures, and seeing Leelan's predicament, Raqisat decides to try something crazy. Running across the deck and going into a rage, Raqisat takes a step up onto the railing and leaps at the creature that is holding his teammate.
The goal is to land atop the creature and grapple it. Priority one is to just hold on and not find himself in the dubious waters but assuming that seems possible enough Raqisat would like to grapple the things wings and perhaps send all three of them falling into said waters... A good dunking may perhaps cause the creature to reassess.
Movement - At least 10 feet for the running start is easy, so Raq should be able to long jump up to 16 feet and I believe it only flew 10' away from the ship so all should be doable?
Grapple: 4 + 3 for a 7... :( But at Advantage due to Raging 14+3 for 17
IF the grapple fails Raqisat would like to use his Action Surge to get another turn and try to grapple again! This time a 12 or 19 +3 for a 22.

Raqisat leaps from the side of the Golden Empress. He makes a clutching grab at the Vrock, which seems to flap just out of his reach.
Before he falls into the drink, Raqisat makes a second effort that seems to defy gravity, getting hold of the creature and refusing to let go.
[Being grappled reduces speed to zero. Since the Vrock doesn't have the 'hover' feature, a reduction of its flying speed to zero causes it to fall.]
Leelan, the Vrock and Raqisat all fall into the Breitvasser with a great splash, the Vrock still grappling Leelanand Raqisat grappling the Vrock. The Vrock and Leelanhave their speed reduced to zero and are unable to swim and so both are holding their breath right now.
