The human uses his hand to brush off the snowflake with one hand, as if brushing dandruff off from his collar, but a sharp edge gets his finger in the process and explodes the snowflake into a rainbow of shards that cascade all around him. The ferret is able to move out of the way, but Domash and the Gnome (Hunh Le) take the shards full on.
Avrais within close proximity of the ferret but seems to step right over it in order to get better aim at the half orc--it's as though she is going after someone her own size. She aims one dart at his face and makes contact with his neck--it sticks out almost comically, an inch or two from his adam's apple. Her second dart is a crit (!) and like a bullseye, hits his adam's apple directly. He croaks in obvious pain, stumbling forward but still upright.
I wanted to check. Did the human take damage from the explosion? You mentioned that he took the 1hp from the snowflake itself. Trying to assess how much damage he's taken in total.

“T’muff Kew!!, Help me, fey princess!"shouts the halfling wizard. Stepping back from his advancing foes (to F18) his wand shaking in his hand while he points it at a spot behind these new enemies (around B21). In response to these magic words, a tiny, semi-transparent fey princess hazily appears (at around B21), takes in the scene, and shakes her head, “tch, tch, tch,” at Effulgyn’s predicament. She puffs her cheeks and puckers, blowing all around her, and through bright green lips issues a jet of dandelion petals floating on a summer breeze, sending whomever it touches into a warm and comfortable slumber (total sleep HP to apply: 16).
OK so how this works is that the spell takes effect on creatures with the lowest hit points within range until all 23 points are spent. The Ferret, being the creature within range with the lowest current hit points, falls asleep first. Next you can hear the slumping of a large creature somewhere near the human fall over--that must be the half orc, Domash, who earlier turned himself invisible. In fact you can hear a little sigh (that sounds more like the deflating of a balloon) come from somewhere near D23.
Next is the gnome, whose face goes from a dark snarl to an almost angelic pout. She goes down still clutching her weapons, and you think maybe she sleeps that way every night.
Only the human remains unscathed. A look of shock crosses his face like a shadow but quickly changes to a look of deep, unbridled annoyance.
The new map is here, with area of effect demonstrated in white (with white circle being its central point.) You'll notice Avra technically falls within the range by a smidge...but I ruled that she would be more out of range than not so kept her awake.
Anything else? Otherwise Avra's turn is next, then Yesrora.
Effyyour words seem to have impact, even if only briefly, as you see him look around at his sleeping comrades. But he makes no indication that he is willing to surrender, at least not just yet.
It's Avra'sturn. After willing herself from the brink of death (restoring health to one hit point) she finds herself on the ground, prone, and in the way of danger. Her survival instincts kick in...she uses her turn to crawl a bit out of the way (F17) and attempt to throw two darts at the human but from her angle, and in her condition, it's no surprise that neither make it (even though she's been blessed). Breathing heavily at the effort, she slumps back against a rock.
Yesrorahas a bolt aimed at the human's face but it misses by mere centimeters. She lodges a second bolt but it too goes wide. The human laughs mirthlessly at these attempts.
"You fools," he says, stepping forward to engage with Effywho is now closest to him. "Don't you see that you're dealing with an uncommon foe? Have a taste of my rapier!" he thrusts his weapon at Effy'schest, getting him in the shoulder, but deep.
(Effy, mechanically this is a hit and would do 7 damage..let me know if you have anything like a reaction or something that would override this).

Effulgyn trips over a root and scrabbles backwards away from the rapier, but too slow! Grimacing against the coming blow and closing his eyes tightly, he whips up his wand and shouts “Tij-f'!!”
A beer barrel suddenly appears, enclosing the halfling. The rapier, instead of piercing Effulgyn, pierces the barrel, the blade stopping a mere inch from the little wizard’s panting chest. As soon as the man frees his weapon again, the conjuration ends and the cask disappears. Effulgyn, in shock, checks himself for wounds, then jumps to his feet again.
(OOC: lots of RP boiling down to Reaction: cast shield. Only cantrips from here out!)
Another look of surprise--perhaps even amazement--crosses the human's face as this beer barrel magically appears, engulfing his would-be victim and buffing his rapier with an unpleasant twang in the wrist. But then sheer contempt as he disengages and returns to his spot earlier, eyes darting around.
Domash is still sleeping, so Finit is your turn. The updated map is here and to recap, as it is the top of the order:
Fin you are still blessed, as is Avra. Effy is no longer blessed, having used it on his intimidation attempt (which did not work). You are still at full health, as are Effy and Yasrora.
Avra is down to 1 HP having used her half-orc feature of coming back from being down but she can't do it again so she is hiding
Effy is out of spell slots
All of your foes except the human are sleeping (1 of 10 rounds unless they are slapped awake or take damage).
The gnome and the half orc have taken some damage but are still doing ok. The half orc is still invisible but you heard him fall somewhere in the B-23/24 area.
The human has only taken 1 point of damage

Effulgyn raises his wand at the man again and shouts “B'djet-q'imbti!” A tiny blob of green acid comes into being, then salutes the young wizard with its tiny, stringy arm, and squeals "Q'imb-TIII!!!" as it flies at the human. Effulgyn then runs to hide behind Finn at D15.
Avra, having now lost both daggers and both darts, finds herself severely hurt and hiding, quite inadequately, behind a rock. She yells out "Can someone throw me a weapon??" as she searches around for rocks, or something, she can throw at the human.
Yesrorauses her turn to throw a rapier in Avra'sdirection. (I had her roll a Dex check against a DC 10 to get the rapier close enough for Avra to catch it, or be close to it, but she failed. So I ruled that it landed somewhere in E16, and that concludes her turn).
The gnome's turn would be next, but she is asleep, as is the ferret. So next would be the human. He steps forward, aiming once again at Effulgyn'schest with his rapier. It pierces Effy'sshoulder, doing 7 points of piercing damage. And with a gleeful twirl, he returns back to his spot.
Effydo you have a reaction to this? Otherwise it would go back to Fin, given that Domash is asleep.
