Krull responds to Rabbits comment "Ehmm sure I ll protect you.. i ll protect everyone in this group..its my job!" and he picks up a trail of a wildboar and tries to track it down
Continuing to speak with Edryd, Rabbit listens intently to his comments. "Ah, well I certainly enjoy the night! And the moonlight is pretty nice for... certain activities." She leaves the comment at that.
"Does your moon lady require your... umm... worn gear and... appearance." She grins as she carefully chooses the words there. "No offense! Just other gods' priests have seemed more fancy."
Rabbit also listens to Mau's story with interest. "How do you ever go on having lost your son like that! How awful." She says with sympathy.
The next day she responds when asked about Wolfe. She gets a small grin on her face for a moment as Mau mentions 'father/daughter'. "Can see where you might think it, but he's not my father." She hesitates, mumbling as an aside to herself, "Surely too young. A relative maybe? Hmm..."
She continues the conversation. He is... umm... hard to explain. He was evidently sent here to be my protector. Never had one. Nor understand why one would be sent. But there ya have it."
She takes a deep breath. "Havent decided I believe him yet."
Krull responds to Rabbits comment "Ehmm sure I ll protect you.. i ll protect everyone in this group..its my job!" and he picks up a trail of a wildboar and tries to track it down
Rabbit simply says, "Thank you Krull," in response. As he heads off on the hunt she calls after him. "Luck be with ya!"
Continuing his conversation with Rabbit, Edryd looks puzzled, "My appearance? I do not give much thought to it. I just wander the land, help those I can and stare at the sky and take in the pleasure of the night. Selune does not ask any more than that and so I do not have need for any more."He looks over young women, "And what of you do you have faith, what do you worship?"
At night if asked about the fire Edyrd would respond without hesitancy, "A fire is only good for cooking and staying warm. The only thing the light does is drown out the brilliance of Selune and I have no interest in that."

"Hmm... guess that makes sense. What I wear is what I got." Rabbit says to Edryd. She is still wearing rather worn looking back clothing that first day. "Plus my dress - keeps me covered." She then stops speaking, letting the man's last question go unanswered for a moment. She then answers tentatively, "Well, my faith... well, you know... just don't get any of them. No offense to your moon lady. Sure she's great. Many of 'em are great. Well, I mean, some more than the other. But..."She glances back over to the cart. "Oh, sorry! Wolfe's gonna run the cart off the road if I don't get back soon. Chat with you later!"
Despite her discomfort at this final question from Edryd, she doesn't hesitate to walk and talk with him again. She certainly steers the conversation away from the gods and faith. And she gives only terse answers to questions the man might pose to her.
Krull, it’s takes you about an hour to track down the boar but you find it, rooting around some shrubs. It hasn’t noticed you so you could try to kill it if you want. Or you could leave it alone.
While not being quite as inquisitive as Rabbit Wolfe still makes a pleasant company with those who would converse him, mentioning being from Baldur's Gate but does not seem too fond of his family there. "You are a good and caring father for devoting your life to finding your child Mau, I wish every father would show such a commitment to parenthood." He comments as he overhears the story of the troubled tabaxi. You notice Wolfe seems to be very mindful of his appearance, seeming very tidy and proper each morning even though you have been on the road for several days. He will also try to keep Rabbit tidy if she let's him but he considers Edryd a lost cause in that regard.
Meanwhile by the road. "Did you see where Krull took off. We'd better stop here so that he won't be lost. Maybe even go look for him?" Wolfe suggests from the cart looking at Mau and Edryd.
“That is my hope Wolfe, at the end of this arduous journey I get to see his face again. I just hope he is not dissatisfied with my actions” he looks towards Wolfe giving a faint smile but pain visible in his eyes.
“You may be right Wolfe, he does seem like a capable hunter but whatever he’s hunting could take some time. Did he say anything to you Rabbit?” As the caravan stops Mau looks back to the tracks “Perhaps I should go looking for him.”
"Oh, he will understand." Wolfe says sympathetically, laying a comforting hand on Mau's shoulder. "Me and Rabbit might just join you in your search Mau, we have no plans beyond Phandalin."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Mau nods in agreement to Wolfe and with Edryd (if he agrees to join) follows the caravan tracks back to where Krull left and begins searching for his tracks. He mutters under his breath “senses do not fail me now.”
So krull is going to swing his greataxe vertically to the wildboars head..he doesn't feel any rage or anything just satisfaction
Attack: 23 Damage: 15
@Krull - You easily slice the head off and hours of blood spew forth. Then boar kicks and struggles, terrible gasping noises occur. But you have a decent sized boar carcass.
@Mau and Edryd - it doesn’t take you long to pick up where Krull left the trail. Perhaps twenty minutes and you meet him, carrying a bloody corpse of a wild boar with a big grin on his face...
Before Mau left, Rabbit replied to his question. "Krull didn't say anything. Obviously off hunting though."
When Wolfe says he'll stay behind partly to guard her, she gives a small shake of her head. But she doesn't protest. "Guess someone needs to watch the cart."
Edryd would happily accompany Mau trying to stay silent and paying attention to his surroundings. When they see him with the carcass of the beast he would turn to Mau and says in his weak raspy voice, "It seems our worry was not needed."He waves rather awkward at the goliath as they see him approach with his trophy, "We were concerned to you had strayed into danger. Praise to the Silver Lady that you are OK."
