The druid takes some food with ther and waves for the others to join her
But do not stay too close to them
she then goes to check first if what they have been told is true: giant crocodiles blocking the road. If it si true she wonders how comes some crocodiles are not close to any river, pond or whatnot.
When she is roughly 45 feet away, she calls at the animals in Sylvan
greetings, great reptilians, I am Gattara, I saw you sit over the road (this long row of little stones without grass, see?) where our baskets of wood with wheels instead of feet (called cart) should pass. Our wheels must pass over these stones. I saw you are far from any source or water...are you fine?
If they nod yes,
other humans would have thrown spears and killed you for your skin but I am a druid, I respect you. I offer you food if you just move out of the stoned way, please accept my offer
(OOC: Waiting to see what comes of Granny Druid's interactions, but otherwise "Njorman" will remain at least 15ft behind her observing with his crossbow in hand)

Kuri bounces lightly on her toes dancing around the party, "Crocodile hunt..crocodile hunt..." she sings in a cheery voice while a stream of butterflies follow her.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Fargen tires of waiting for the crocodiles to decide if they want to move. The cleric begins chanting and dwarven spirits materialize around the dwarf and his warhorse. The ancient spirits turn to Fargen for direction.
"Assume formation and march. We must clear a path."
(As seen on R20,) you travel on down the High road, not far from a bridge, the mountains on to the east and the mere of dead men to the west (N and S on the map) You see two giant crocs, sunning themselves, at the a low point on the High road, ready to snack on any passerby. You may take actions, then roll for Initiative.
Njorman gulps, not at all liking Fargen's suggestion. Not one bit! Yet as far as he could tell the party druid's words seemed to be falling on deaf ears where it came to the crocs, so he at the very least double checked and made sure his crossbow was loaded before following after Fargen.
If you have your cs on Discord, it should roll in dice-rolling-hoard-of-dragon-queen from your sheet if you roll from your sheet, Kuri, you are not close enough to cast Hunter's Mark each square = 5ft, (use your measuring tool) if you use the Capybara you'll have 40ft of movement. I assigned each of you a, mount, place the pointer in the middle of the name in your folder, and drag onto the map, if you want to use it, once its there its there,. Gat, just request the animal you want to be and I'll assign.
IC:
Fargens spirits flicker about him and his? Kuri moves on her? Gat needs to move closer use the token already on the map, please.
since I stated that Gattara would have arrived at 45 feet before speaking, let's assume she still haven't
anyway, after days spent together, you all know she can do love animals and speks with them and she would bore to death anyone that did not even try a peaceful approach
But the most important: let's try to reply at a slightly higher rate, let's not make these crocodiles die of old age
Gattara faces shine at the mention of crocodiles
Lovely reptiles, indeed. I can convince them without hurt them, but, yes, some game will help me for sure
Fargen joins the others, keen for a little sport and test of this rage that burns within.

Kissa Initiative- 20
Kissa turned to Gattara, " Were you able to speak with them? I'm sure you did your best." ( Bardic Inspiration- 1d6)
She leaned across and touched Nobodys arm. ( Guidance)
OOC: Noticed the range after looking at the map. She will just advance and be ready to fire.
