You can override your hp in the character builder at "manage hp". The right most input needs a 1 and your done. 

You can update that number when you lvl up

Terbac, Meagan and Scar, for you everything is pitch black. Thoughts of who you are, the fears you had, the people you loved… all the moments flash through your mind. It feels like an endless dream.

Petyeras, Sarmaris and Cy, your head pounds as if you’ve stayed too long in the tavern drinking ale. Your neck feels bruised as you rub your hands over it. As you open your eyes, you are no longer where you were before, wherever that was. 

You are now laying on a pile of bones and other sorts of debris. The air here has a stale and dead smell, the ground underneath you makes it hard to walk on, or even stand up. A faint light source comes from a hole, 60ft high above you. The area has several stalagmites blocking the view, but an exit to the west is visible.

When you look around you see two other figures on their knees, also rubbing their necks. More figures lay motionless around you, some have been laying here for quite some time.

You are all still wearing your armor, but your weapons and shields dropped somewhere in or on the pile. Sarmaris, you spot one of your weapons laying on a dead corpse next to you. 

Sarmaris and Cy then notice that some bones start to move, three undead hands crawl out of the pile and are coming towards you. Petyeras, you are still rubbing your neck, trying to grasp what the hell happened to you.

[Roll Initiative!] ((Petyeras, you are the blue Elf token and you are surprised. Terbac, Meagan and Scar you may also roll for initiative))

((if you want to use your action to find your weapons or shield you can make me an investigation check, otherwise… well you are probably smart enough to think of something. Good luck!))

Cy tries to get his head around the situation, surveying the area and slowly realising the danger he is in. 

Sarmaris Initiative - 14

Sarmaris pushes himself on to his feet, clutching at his weapon (Do I get to pick which weapon?),  surveying his surroundings looking for somewhere safe.

Petryeras looks around, feeling his pockets; hmmm who are all these people, what the hell is going on, I was just sitting in the bar playing some dice games and now I am here, wherever here is; well at least I still have my stuff it seems; or at least the useful things.

After which he begins to understand the danger he is, unfortunately a bit slow.
