(( Well pretty much everyone since Darby hasn’t attacked yet :p ))

Sarya quickly reloads her crossbow and fires another bolt at Sephek, the tip flaring with red flames. Light crossbow: 14 Piercing: 10 + Fire: 2 + Necrotic: 1 (Another attack roll if the Guiding bolt hits: 16 )
Darby sees a chance to be of use and pulls out the gem he had been fiddling with from time to time. With a flick of his wrist and a flourish of fingers he begins to call upon the arcane power at his command. With a final movement he calls out in gnomish, three bolts of arcane energy flying from his hand one after the other.
With that last hit Sephek lose its footing and falls, his eyes stop glowing and then he closes them. After reaching the ground his body exhaled a spirit that disappeared with an almost inaudible shriek immediately after that the flesh started to freeze as if it has lost Auril's blessing.
There lies before you Sephek's corpse and it looks as if it was dead for a long time. (No need to roll a medicine check since the change in the body coloring is pretty obvious but if you'd like to know something else or inspect the body further just let me know)
Everyone will level Up (you can roll for HP or just pick average HP)
Grim will look around for any witnesses or bystanders as he says, "We didn't discuss what to do with his body. No one in Dougan's Hole will likely care as long as we are not found here. But I doubt Torga would take too kindly to his death. I would prefer not to fight her whole operation."
Sarya steps forward slowly, kicking the body of Sephek to make sure he's really dead. "Everyone okay?" She says, looking around at the others. "We should get rid of the body, it should be fairly simple to make a hole in the ice and dump it right?" She suggests, shouldering her crossbow, looking around to make sure the short commotion of the fight didn't attract any unwanted attention. Perception: 8

Dwalt looks around a bit puzzled. He will check if anyone but the party saw what has happened.
Perception: 13
"I ain't sure what just happened but folk around here don't take ta murder too much." he says as he looks around. "They usually kill first then ask questions later. I think its best we move on.".
Dwal waits a moment for the party to make a decision then moves out. As he walks he scratches his chin.
"Well, he did just confess to those murders, and he was the one attacking us. We should take care of the body before we leave though I think Dwalt." Sarya says to the dwarven ranger.
"So he confess'd ta anyone else besides tha folks right here?" Dwalt asks. "I hate ta point out a few facts but none of us have any clout around here an' most of tha group are outsiders." Dwal pauses. "Whatever needs ta be done we best do it quick."
"Our instructions were to take care of this without involving authorities if you remember, which would mean we would need to handle this discreetly, and so far I think we have. We have no reason to involve anyone from around here so whether we have clout with them seems irrelevant, don't you think." Sarya says, ready to move the body to the lake, or wherever else they decide to hide it.
"We should either destroy the body or leave it and us leave. But, as Dwalt says, we should decide quickly." Grim looks to Sarya, "The ice is fairly thick these days. It might not be as easy to get rid of the body that way as you think."

"Hlin asked us to apprehend him, get info on his crimes, and 'take care of him'. I think we bring the body back to her." Ghathi says. "Maybe check out that strange sack too. Where'd he put that?"
He's hoping the others might have kept an eye out for anyone watching them. He takes a moment to check the corpse for anything of interest. (Perception: 18)
Sephek's sudden movement and vicious attacks made Ghathi lose balance and Sephek managed to avoid the attack easily

Darby's missiles and Sarya's bolt impact Sephek's body. Sephek almost falls to the ground but manage to keep standing.
