In case it matters, Rizo has advantage on perception rolls related to smell:

Lilgrea sits on his trunk!
(Wow, it took me a couple of seconds before I even realised what you are talking about, I started out being confused about what merits to state that Lilgrea sits on her tree trunk just as before. Now, I can't wipe the smile from my face :))
Rizo concentrated in deep thought about what could have happened to the plants here and what could have caused the disease that they appear to carry, he doesn't even notice that his trunk is misplaced. Breathing gets increasingly difficult, though, and he instinctively tries to move the trunk into a more favourable position when he notices that it is stuck somewhere. At a quick glance, he learns that it is in a rather compromised position and looks up at Lilgrea, and blushes slightly.
Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.
Lilgrea feels her seat trying to move, and quickly realises that she has sat rather awkwardly. She gets up in a hurry, apologising to Rizo, and goes back to her thoughts.
Sitting around the unlit fire, the group is suddenly engulfed by a cloud of thick green smoke, with a sickly sweet aroma reminding you of rotten fruit. Breathing in hurts, it feels like you're throat is on fire. This smoke is foul, it makes you cough and retch.
Minty & Rizo - between coughs, you both hear a faint s****** coming from a south-west direction.
The area is considered to be 'heavily obscured', which blocks your vision entirely. This means that you are effectively [Tooltip Not Found] whilst in the cloud.
Can you all make a constitution saving throw please.
Whilst we're not in combat at the moment, in order for me to keep track of rounds, can you also all please roll initiative and then we can carry out actions in order.

We have Egan, Justin, and Minty all on initiative 12, with Egan and Justin both with a +2 dex so equal. Minty - yours confuses me! It says 12, but hovering over it says you rolled 14 with no modifier, so I don't know what's going on there!
So, contested initiative rolls please for Egan and Justin, and also Minty if yours is 12! (and of course both reroll if you roll the same thing again)
I (Minty) have no idea what the dice roller is doing. The roll programmed was a d20 +3, the end result is a 12 but it says 14 if you hover over it. So I have no clue what is really there. If it is a 12, I have the higher modifier I guess.

Spluttering over the recent trunk incident, Justin and Lilgrea inhale a little too deeply and breathe in a little more smoke than the rest of the group, taking 2 poison damage.
After all that, the initiative order is (I think!): Rizo, Lan, Minty, Justin, Egan, Lilgrea
Map link is here (though at this point, you wouldn't be aware of how small or large the cloud is): Map
But do we know that something is afoul? I mean like a smell that is in the air or smoke or a cloud that reduces visibility?
If there is nothing obvious that calls for his attention he'd continue to clean the collected plants. Otherwise he'd try to smell (preferably as this is his strong suit) or see what causes the others to choke.

You'd certainly all know that something was suddenly very wrong - "engulfed by a cloud of thick green smoke, with a sickly sweet aroma reminding you of rotten fruit. Breathing in hurts, it feels like you're throat is on fire. This smoke is foul, it makes you cough and retch.".
Everyone is very aware of it, it's thick green smoke, and it hurts to breathe. With your strong sense of smell, you'd likely find it even more offensive in odour than others might. (And I've just noticed that when I described the scene earlier, it said 'tooltip not found', rather than 'blind' - you wouldn't be able to even see well enough right now to clean the plants!)
Inhaling a little deeper, combining your keen sense of smell and your Druid background, you are reminded of a plant called Erwurg. You're sure it's not that, but it seems similar.
OOC- I'm not sure if I'd consider that to be a full turn or not; perhaps the smell and thinking about what it might be is a bonus action, so you'd still have an action. Is that fair?

Rizo - you're up first, what do you want to do?
A 23 doesn't save?
Aye, let's wait for confirmation but it looks like that, perhaps, Rizo (who has a save of 9 like Lilgrea) was poisoned as he was laughing heartedly with Lilgrea about the incident. In which case I am not sure if he would already notice something out of the ordinary.

Egan’s willing to let Justin go first, if that helps clear things up.

Sorry, yes, a 23 saves, my oops. Rizo and Lilgrea failed, taking that 4 points of damage.
