With one final volley of arcane magic, the last wisp fizzles out like a dud firework after getting hit by Aldith's eldritch blast. You all breathe a sigh of relief as you turn around and see Ayo's team has taken out the last of their wisps too. Before they can turn around, though, all ready your weapons once again as three spirits appear, but they raise their spectral hands in peace. It is at this moment you recognize them as the slain travelers alongside this crashed cart.
"Thank you for slaying those foul wisps - you are all courageous. We impart one last gift to all of you before we pass on into the next world," The orc says with a bow. A shining light glows around all of you, and you feel warmth spread through your bodies. After that, the spirits fade away and disappear.
(You all gain a charm of heroism! This charm allows you to give yourself the benefit of a potion of heroism as an action. Once you do so, the charm vanishes from you.)
Mornin raises his voice, addressing his group, "Everyone alright?" if they are he will go get his spear back.

You can't drown someone with Create Water. If your lungs are containers than your bones are objects. Any Siege monster that attacks you deals double damage because it’s attacking your bones.
Shayone puts a hand on her chest. "Well that was ... unsettling." She looks to the remains and the cart. "I suppose, do we need to bury them?" She looks to Kenar.
Ayo and her group approach you all, beaten up but not at risk of further injury or death. "We're okay, those things were pretty nasty though. Couldn't land a damn hit on them for a while, but we finally took 'em out," The genasi woman groans.
Galsariad twirls a strand of white hair around his finger pensively. "Those were will-o-wisps, remnants of evil spirits. They must have lingered in this place since the Calamity, I think."
"Looks like we're all alive, though. That's all that matters," Irvan nods.
"Does anyone need any healing? I have some Luxon-granted power left," Dermot asks.
Maggie joins Shayone in looking at the cart. "We should give them a burial. Seems only right. I've got a shovel handy, so I'll get started on the digging."
Kalhala has a couple of cuts, but not too bad and so he heads up to Maggie and Shay and sees what he can do to help bury the dead. The crimson rite he called upon slowly ebbing out of him. He gives a little shake from time to time as he works.
Nexus, initially fretting upon Kalhala for a moment, turns her attention over to Aldith soon after. "That last attack really looked like it hurt...I'd help heal you if I could, truly. Do you need any help?"
If Aldith turned down the offer of someone to lean on till she got patched up, Nexus would help with burying the dead bodies of the cart. Mentioning in the midst of the work. "If we can find anything in the cart worth something, I don't think they'd mind us making use of it."
Should Ayo's party not disagree, and her own group not have conflict with that notion, Nexus would investigate the cart for valuables.
Shayone nods. "We should also try and find anything that gives names, or where they were from, or going to, so we can notify their families." She'll help Nexus investigate.
Aldith shakes her head. "I'll see if Dermot can heal me," she tells Nexus, watching the woman help with burying the bodies of the dead caravan members. "I don't see why we couldn't use what we find. I don't think it's disrespectful, just practical."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dermot approaches Aldith and reaches out, saying a quick prayer to the Luxon and sending some healing energy into Aldith. She regains 7 hit points. "It's not much, Miss Aldith, but it'll carry you through till we get a chance to rest."
"She seems a strong sort, Dermot. I'm sure she'll be just fine,"Galsariad adds with a smile.
As Kalhala and Maggie dig graves for the fallen, Ayo and Irvan agree with the notion of searching the cart for anything of use. Shayone looks among the bodies and finds a note on the inside of the orc's coat that reads, "Morim Torzregg, Emerald Loop Outpost." The drow have no identifying marks or notes on them.
Anyone searching the cart may make a DC 15 Investigation check.
Around the same time, Kalhala, Nexus, and Shayone find an iron lock box in the cart's wreckage and a key. Unlocking it, they discover a pouch full of 50 gold pieces and a vial containing murky green liquid with what appears to be a toenail sliver floating in it.
With the aid of her party members, they eventually find that iron lock lock box and key, and the gold and potion within. Immediately she's curious what sort of tonic it is, but more pressing then that? Dividing up the reward evenly.
"Ayo---Your group fought of some of the wisps too, would you like to split the gold evenly amongst the group, or would you prefer to....I dunno--maybe we can keep one item, you can keep the other?"
A question she asks while presenting the gold, then the potion respectively.
"We're going to be traveling for a while, we might just keep the gold as a group pot to spend on any supplies we might need on the way." Shay suggests.
"Or at the very least, wait to distribute the spoils until we are settled in a safer place." Mornin adds to Shayone's statement.
