Nundro's attack hits sending the specter reeling, then Lothar brings his blade down upon the thing and the ghostly form seems to evaporate as an otherworldly scream fills the room momentarily.
Thats 175 xp each, but we will call this a milestone and advance you all to level 5. The scorched chest is unlocked and contains 1,100 cp, 160 sp, 50 ep, three diamonds (100 gp each), and a wooden pipe adorned with platinum filigree (150 gp).
Once again you guys completely destroyed an enemy that was supposed to be quite dangerous and in doing so you have cleared out Wave Echo Cave and completed The Lost Mine of Phandelver. I had big plans for this campaign when we started over a year ago, I also had no idea what I was getting myself into. I wish I had had more time to put more work into this adventure and I'm sorry if things got a bit bland there for awhile. Perhaps in the future we can return to this game world and we can expand the story, but I need a break from DMing for awhile. In the meantime if any of you wants to take over and start a new campaign where this one leaves off you are welcome to do so.
Your characters are pretty well off now Nundro awards you all with a 10 percent share of the profits from the mine, which means you could all have a pretty easy life in Phandalin. You are heroes in Phandalin and more than welcome there. Sildar takes over as Townmaster and establishes a city council and an offical town guard, he offers you all high ranking positions in the guard. The newly formed council decides to rebuild Tresendar Manor as an adventurers guild, you are also offerd jobs managing the guild once the guild hall is complete.
Halia Thornton comes through on her promise to Tibern and provides him with the deed to an old estate on the outskirts of the town, the house and other buildings need work but are structurally sound.
I sincerely thank you all for sticking with me through the whole thing. It's been quite an adventure.
Well I would like to say a thank you to Kolbitr for running this campaign for us for over a year. But I also wanted to thank you guys for playing. And thanks for helping out a clueless cleric who couldn't seem to get out his own way.
Thanks Kolbitr for the great game! In PbP, games that actually finish are few and far between. this one has been great, and I appreciate everyone who stuck it out for the whole time!
btw, I have found the forums on dndbeyond to be quite clunky for PbP. I suggest that everyone who is interested in PbP and a huge community to check out RPG Crossing. Look me up there, where I am both a player and DM (username: Shaede). Otherwise, happy gaming, and may all your rolls be crits.

Tibern will fire at the ghost will his crossbow, hoping that it will be useful in dealing with it.
Handcrossbow: Attack: 8 Damage: 8
Once again Vandar hits the wraith twice his yklwa dealing full damage while his unarmed attack seems weak against this enemy.
Nundro swings the glowing mace again.
