The goblin, though undoubtedly mentally traumatized, manages to maintain his composure for the moment. however realizing that his companions have all been killed he will disengage. He then attempts to run for his life moving 30ft further into the forest surrounding the road.
Seaag98, you can now see where the goblin is as he running through the brush and no longer in his hiding place. he is about 65ft from Lothar's current position.

Lothar
Seeing the fleeing Goblin, Lothar drops his greatsword and pulls his crossbow. He then aims at the fleeing goblin trying to account for its speed and the wind. Once ready, he carefully lets out a small breath, squeezes the trigger, and watches the bolt attempt to find its' target.
Lothar's bolt glides swiftly through the underbrush and finds it's target, upon impact the goblin tumbles to the ground in a lifeless heap.
The forest road falls silent and it becomes clear that the battle has come to an end.
The party quickly becomes aware of two dead horses on the road about 50ft beyond the bend. The horses each have several arrows, fletched with black feathers, protruding from their sides.

With the goblins seemingly all dead for the time being, the tiefling noble slammed his weapon back into the scabbard. He wasn't even sure if his magic had worked but it seemed that he was not needed. "Mayhaps I should have become an axe wielding maniac like my dear sister japed." Tibern muttered to himself, pausing to stop the wagon again when they came upon the arrow filled horse carcasses. He moved to them and knelt down, looking clossely.
Tibern quickly recognizes the horses as those belonging to Gundren Rockseeker and Sildar Hallwinter. The saddle bags have been looted, nearby lies an empty leather map case.

Bron embarrassingly goes to retrieve his sword then slides it back into it's sheathe on his back. " Looks like I may need to invest into a range weapon instead of trying to use this sword as a spear." After that he'll go over to where the horses are after noticing them to see if he can glean any information.
"These belong to the dwarf who hired us." He called out to the rest of the party, using Thaumaturgy so they could hear his voice if they were to far away. The tiefling made his way to the map case, seeing that it was empty. He was a lot more wary now and drew a dagger from his hip incase they were attacked.
(Just Ccecking but would my investigation find any tracks or anything else like that or sd you want me to roll again?)

Glen after successfully killing the goblin is going to walk over to the side of the wagon jumping in next to Tibern, watching as they pull up next to the dead horses. “Great gods! Who did this?” Glen then jumps down after Tibern inspects the horses, then passes past him inspecting around the the horses checking for any tracks or clues to were there stuff might have been taken or if it’s hidden near by. Lothar
Pleased with his crossbow and the dead goblin, Lothar smiles a little as he puts his crossbow back. He then picks up his greatsword from the ground and walks over to the horses with the rest of the group. "There may be more goblins nearby. Let us tread carefully." The horse of his employer troubles Lothar, as he hopes to earn some gold on this trip. He examines the goblins for any clues that may lead to where they came from, as well as anything worth keeping.
Rubbing his chin in thought. " We may have to track where these goblins came from to find that Rockseeker, but I doubt he'll be alive since this seems like an ambush spot for the goblins."
The horses apper to have been dragged into the road to stop anyone as they came around the curve, the goblins must have changed their strategy when they became aware that the party was searching the brush along the road. The curve appears to have been used as an ambush site for some time now.
The goblins carry no money or treasure, each was armed with a rusty scimitar and a shortbow that is little more than a thin yew stave with a sinew string.
Glen's search uncovers a poorly hidden trail leading away from the road.

After he was done searching the horses himself, Tibern stood up and looked around for any signs of where anyone that had been in the attack went or if there were signs of someone being carried or drug off.
It appears that something or likely someone was dragged along the concealed path. Goblin footprints can be seen traveling in both directions on the trail as well.
Tibern moved to inspect the trail, motioning to the other that he had found something. "Goblin prints and what seems to be either a person or object they were dragging." He said to any that were close enough to hear. As he got to his feet his tail whipped out a bit to show that he was agitated with their current situation. So much for an easy job for a fair amount rations of coin

(And here I was gonna try to grapple the last one and capture him if he made it long enough for my next turn :P. Are we still in combat?)
You are out of combat. Everyone takes 50xp.
Vandar saunters over to the tree and yanks his yklwa out of the goblin it impaled.

*Correction from earlier, I said 50 xp, that should have been 75xp. I miscalculated.*
