Sounds awesome!
"Where did you come from?" Akyan asks bluntly. He suddenly looks around the tavern, "And why are there no maid or waitresses around? I could use a drink." He turns his head to look back at the barkeep muttering "No wonder he only has one customer." Then calls to the barkeep, "Hey! You got any ale?"
In this moment, a figure enters the tavern, wearing what looks to be heavy armour underneath her hooded cloak. Taking off her hood, the human hands the bartender a silver piece.
"Ale? That sounds good. I've been travelling a long way, and I could use some. Just, water it down a bit, I don't want to get too drunk," she says, her voice unusually low toned. "And it's not like I have the coin for the real stuff anyway."
Her last comment more to herself than to the bartender, the figure takes a seat in the table net to the one the others are sitting at, shooting a curious glance at them through the messy brown hair that surrounds her face.

(to Rynn_Elocin and Tez005, Hi! I've spoken to AaronFirehand and they say it's ok for me to join the campaign. I'm sorry for being late!)

(No worries! Welcome to the party!)
Akyan’s eye flick from the bar to the door as soon as he hears it open. He watches the newcomer walk to the table, silver eyes flashing beneath his flat brimmed hat. After studying her for a moment he looks back at Aaron, waiting for an answer to his question.
Moments after the heavy armored person enters the Gilded Demon, a long haired blond elf with round spectacles enters. He does not order anything, and goes to a table in the corner. He sits down, pulls out a book from his backpack, which seems to be full of books and scrolls, and drops the backpack on the ground, next to his seat. He opens the book on the table, and starts to read. He does not pay any attention to anyone in the tavern, for he seems very absorbed in his reading.
Going to roll a Knowledge Cleric, so the picture below looks like for what I am going for. I haven't created the character yet, when it's done, I will post a link. I am Eastern Time btw.
I found the picture here. I do not take any credit for it.

The human in heavy armour perks her head up at the new arrival, and after what looks to be a slight crisis of indecision, makes her way over to him.
"Hey, um, sorry to bother you," she says slightly nervously. "I only just learned how to read, so I'm, well, not very good at it and there are a few words in this letter I don't understand."
She places a letter down on the table written by the leaders of Blink that basically calls for any and all adventurers to help clear out the evil in the city.
"Do you think you could summarise it for me? Just so I know I'm on the right track."

Aaron eyes the traffic, notices Akyan noticing the traffic, then returns to the conversation he was in. “Surely you’ve heard of the world’s largest tavern chain, the Gilded Demon? They mysteriously seem to have one in every town. Mysteriously. And as for where I came from? Not important.”

(welcome to the party, all! can't wait to adventure with you!)
The small fairy continues talking to Aaron, letting Akayan do his thing at the bar. "Mysteriously... Well, where is it being held? And how would you tame them?" Most of her excess excitement has dissipated at Akayan's previous dismissal. Still, she takes a deep breath to calm herself down. She has not noticed the two newcomers, her attention is focused solely on Aaron.

“It’s being held inside of another tavern named,” he makes sure the Dragonborn barkeep isn’t listening, then returns to the conversation. “The Blushing Wyrm. And gaming them is another thing altogether. You need special grass from the place that they were born. Extremely tricky business. Anyways, we can leave when you’re ready.”

"Of course, one moment please." The blonde High-Elf says casually. He finishes reading the current page of the tome that is on the table, closes it, then looks up. He is surprised by what he sees, and immediately stands up, pushing his chair back noisily. "Oh. Certainly my lady. Apologies for my manners. It would be my pleasure to assist you in any way that I am able." He bows his head slightly. He looks at the letter on the table, and he gets the gist of it. "Uhm... Please sit, so that we may discuss the content of the letter." He waits for the human female to sit, so he can sit as well. "By the way, name is Thalanil, humble Cleric of Oghma, at your services." He studies her for any deity affiliation.

"Thank you! I'm Rieka Graytail," she replies, sitting down. As she does, she flicks her cloak off her shoulders, revealing the symbol of a crescent moon surrounded by seven stars engraved on the pauldrons of her armour. "I'm a paladin of Selûne, in case you were wondering."

Thalanil raises an eyebrow. "Ahhh... A servant of the Moonmaiden. Most interesting." He smiles slightly. "I am sure you would be delighted to meet my mentor then. Like me, she is also a searcher for knowledge, however, she is a servant of the Goddess Selune, just like you. Allegedly, she went to the Underdark, and she was able to make her way back. Perhaps, one of these days, you may tell me your story." Picking up the letter from the table. "Apologies my lady, for taking up your time with idle chatter." He reads the letter again, to make sure that he understands fully the content. "Well. It seems that this letter was issued by the Leaders of Blink, and they are calling for adventurers to help... Humm... Clear out the evil in the city?" He flips the letter to make sure he didn't miss anything, then he looks at Rieka. "Perhaps the gods do smile upon us. Please, do tell me Lady Graytail, do you happen to be an adventurer? If you do take the up the call, would you mind having a humble companion tagging along with you? I shall record your deeds of bravery, and I shall do my best that it is told throughout the kingdom."

Upon hearing Thalanil read the letter, Akyan, who had been glaring in the bartender’s direction, snaps his head around to look at the two newcomers. He groans , taking off his hat and running a hand through his grey-white hair. After placing his hat back on his head, he stands up, putting his hands in the pockets of his trench coat, and unenthusiasticly walks over to the table in the corner. Paying no mind to their previous conversation he says in a blunt voice, “So, you were sent by the leaders as well.” Then he continues to stand looking at Reika.
Rieka beams at Thalanil in response, though her smile fades as Akyan interrupts the previous conversation.
"Yes, I was," she says, slightly annoyed. "Me and my companion here," she shoots a grin towards Thalanil, "Were planning on clearing out whatever darkness plagues this city."

“Well,” Akyan replies, “my companions and I” I gestures back at his table, “are here for the same reason.”
"Oh?" Rieka raises her eyebrows. "Who are you then?"
