“I’ll go get a replacement.” Kriv walks back to the previous tent to get the unconscious guard. He tells the captives, “We are leaving shortly. Watch for my group and come with us on the way out.” He then brings the guard to the group.
"Good plan Kriv." Zale says before walking over to the monk, "Now let's get you untied" She unties the monk so that they can reuse the rope on the replacement.

One of the prisoners has an idea. He wants to takes the cloak and outerwear from the guard and put it on. He explains that he wants to stay outside to "guard" the prisoners (but actually watch for your sign). Are you going to allow it?

Absolutely.
Not sure if she gets a say, but Zale is also fine with this.
Two things: first you hear talking in the tent, but you cant really make it out. You think you can hear some fragments od the conservation: "monk" ... "compromised" ... "don't know that"
The other thing is: you notice that the commotion winds down, the camp becomes calmer and better organized. Guards resume their normal routines.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Calvin finds these odd snippets of conversation to be rather odd and unusual. However, he cannot make any real sense of what they could be talking about. He files it at the back of his mind in case their importance later seems relevant, somehow.
For now, decides to climb back down the tent pole and leave the tent. He takes a glance over at the nursery to see if the guards are still there.

Zale look out of the tent that they are currently in, (they are in a tent right?) and try to see what is going on, and the best potential escape route.

The prisoner turned "guard" is outside the tent. The others are waiting. Like Calvin you also notice that the commotion winds down, the camp becomes calmer and better organized. Guards resume their normal routines. You got the feeling that the focus is more on keeping people out.

Here you don't notice anyone attacking random animals. It seems that the large tent is reserved for Rezmir, Frulam Mondath, and Langdedrosa Cyanwrath.

Calvin turns his attention to the sides of the tent. He looks for a tent pole before attempting to climb it to get a better look around the tent.

Eric looks to Leosin "you seems to have passed through hard nights, are you able to fight if we are forced to do so? Do you have wounds I could heal?"
Easy enough. The tent has 2 poles near the entrance to form a "door" and 8 in a cirlce along the "walls".

Leosin is grateful for your help.
Thank you. I'm.. tired... and I feel very weak... I just need some rest... a lot of rest actually... But I can still fight!
(Meta: Leosin is at full HP. He can move without aid at a speed of 20 feet and fights as a commoner with disadvantage on attack rolls.)

Absolutely.
Easy enough. The Guard (your prisoner) doesn't look exactly like Leosin, but since he's also a Half-Elf you think it might work.

The guards are still there. Looks like are some more Cultists there now. They look like Acolytes, maybe they fear someone sneaking in?
