Backstory:
Darius is a lone wolf. He always works alone, gathering the needed information, cooperating with others if he really needs to, or if he benefits from it. He usually gets some information via people with the local criminal organization, and gets valuable items. Sometimes he does some robberies, sometimes he goes to the Wild lands, gets some treasure and gets back alive. One of those missions he gains a very specific item, a black-edged curved sword. Darius feels that the sword has its own will, it wants to feed on the soul that it killed. Maybe true, maybe not, Darius doesn’t know for sure, but he can use some strange powers since he got the sword, the Souleater, he called it.
The latest job is to go to Iclaria, find a man with a black rose tattoo on his forearm, and speak to him. He knows some really valuable information, Darius not sure what it is exactly, but he knows he can profit it.
"Yes I hope to return to life on sea at some point. But I'd prefer it if I could be on my own ship. The freedom of the sea is somewhat spoiled when you are under the yoke of another. But right now that seems like a far off voage."
She thinks of the map in her possession and tries not to hope that it leads to a treasure great enough to buy her own ship.
Glenn tilts his head toward the direction of the original sound and concentrates, he hears something moving slowly in the underbrush about thirty feet away.

Edwin says, "Aye, we don't take much to the bridle, do we?" There is bitterness in his voice.
The howling grows slightly louder, and suddenly you can hear it all around you, though not close enough that you're not in any immediate danger.
"Here now," Edwin says, putting the dice away for the moment, "It sounds like the meat is coming to us." He takes his staff in his hands, readying himself for a fight.
A pair of red eyes, glinting in the moon light, peeks out from under the shrubbery. Suddenly, there are three pairs of red eyes, surrounding you. Out from the underbrush sneak three wolves, growling, their ribs showing from hunger. They haven't feasted in days.
(This is the first combat encounter. This should be relatively easy, the wolves being 1/4 challenge rating and all, I just want to see how you all work together and how you handle yourselves under pressure. Good luck!)
I get up and walk towards the noise. “I lived on a farm for a long time and have worked with animals. If it is a wolf or something, I might be able to make it leave.”

Darius sits quietly at a tree trunk, his hood is on, only his two black eyes glint from under it. He is observing the others.
“Allright, if no one starts the fire, I will. I don't want to freeze to death.”
He stands up, goes to the center of the camp and starts making the fire.
While he packs the firewood, he is listening carefully to the others' conversation and also the sounds of the night.
At the moment when the dice was mentioned, he stops for a second.
“Someone said dice?” - says with a cheeky grin.
I get up to help Darius “Put the dice away and help us get a fire going.” “I can make some food when we are done.”
The howling grows slightly louder, and suddenly you can hear it all around you, though not close enough that you're not in any immediate danger.

Wolf initiative: 22
We will begin combat after everyone has rolled initiative.
I get up and walk towards the noise. “I lived on a farm for a long time and have worked with animals. If it is a wolf or something, I might be able to make it leave.”
Initiative 14
If Initiative says 15 thats wrong I rolled a 2.
Ok thanks for clarifying.
