Durnir, seeing that Adaban has left, will slowly make his way back out of the water, but won't turn his back from the Stone Cursed. He will take a swipe at the one attacking him with his saber.
Attack: 6 Damage: 2 Move: 10ft back onto the deck (if possible); They will probably get an opportunity attack.
The saber attack misses, leaving Durnir wide open. The stone cursed takes full advantage of the opportunity , and strikes Durnir with deadly force. You hear a grunt as the heavy hand makes full contact with Durnir, striking him clean across the face and sending him sprawling across the deck before he is laid out unconscious. ( Goodness, I am sorry this happened to you! Of course to make matters worse, I will also need a con save because clearly things aren't nearly bad enough!)

"Okay!" Ivy had chimed, unlatching themself from Davis on his prompt.
Ivy's heart practically falls out of their chest as they witness the vicious attack against Durnir, sending him sprawling out on the deck. It was as if the attack had knocked the wind out of them, making them unable to find their voice at first. Then gasp for air as she starts to feel the threat of hyperventilation come over them as the deck runs red with their companions blood. Then the sound of a screeching gull in the far distance breaks their mental paralysis. Ivy remembers Walf's wise teachings and refocuses in on their promise to Durnir. No, I will not let you down! Their will hardens, and a low defensive growl begins to emit from the silverhaired half elf.
With haste, Ivy moves to Durnir's unconscious body and shields him with their own. She digs into a pouch at their hip, pulling free some supplies. She shoves some herbs in their mouth to chew as she prepares some bandages. Spitting it out into their hand when mushed to a poultice, she shoves it into his wound. “I got you Durnir!” The young woman finishes bandaging the wound.
At the end of their rope, Ivy waggles their hips to tug on it as hard as she could to try to get Walfs attention before she tilts her head up to belt a cry for help at the top of her lungs. “WALF! HALP!” Hoping their voice carries over the water to their mentor.
(Guess I should add my action. Ivy’s using Healer Healing.)
On Durnir Healing: 9 plus additional HP equal to the creature's maximum number of Hit Dice.
Action: Healer Healing
As an action, you can spend one use of a healer's kit to tend to a creature and restore 1d6 + 4 HP to it, plus additional HP equal to the creature's maximum number of Hit Dice. The creature can't regain HP from this feat again until it finishes a short or long rest.
Walf hears Ivy scream and leaps into action. He quickly ties the end of the rope around a rock, takes off his robe so it doesn't slow him down, and jumps into the water pulling himself along the rope and swimming as fast as he can go (swim speed of 30 action dash 60 feet swim)
Durnir - You find yourself returning to consciousness with Ivy kneeling over you applying aid. The Stone Cursed seem distracted with Davis for the time being, giving you a moment to collect yourself.
Walf - you dive into the water, arms pressed back and swimming using mostly your tail. There is about 40 feet of swimming and 15 feet of climbing between you and the deck of the ship.
As Durnir wakes up, he starts swearing under his breath "...Beardless... Rat-eaten.... Troll-Barf....." He snaps his eyes open and says "Where'd it go, I had 'em! Oh, Hi Ivy."
Adaban moves an additional 30 feet, getting as far from the things as possible. Only as he turns to look back does he register that Dumir was struck. Expressionless, he exclaims, "...Stone... ring?"
His eyes go wide, then he raises his hand and blasts the stone creature as he had the doors.
(You are already about as far back on the boat as you can be within jumping into the water :P)
Adaban - the energy hums briefly in your hand before exploding outward in a crackling buzz. It strikes the Stone Cursed true, causing stone to chip off, flying into the open air. It likes a crater like depression on its chest near the collarbone.
One of the Stone Cursed lunges out at Davis, the other at Ivy.
The water seems to be doing a good job slowing their attacks even more than they already are, and Davis and Ivy are both able to navigate around their swiping claws.

Hearing Durnir's mutterings, Ivy sniffs themselves. "Am I that bad?" She then gives a little wave. "Hi Durnir! It's time to wake and bake these stoners." She then gestures over their shoulder to their attackers.
"Whoop!" The silver haired half-elf juts their body in one direction to avoid the incoming strike.
"Boop!" She returns a gesture in their direction in another attempt to freeze their brain!
(Ivy's still concentrating Bless on Durnir (assuming he lost it going down), Adaban and Davis from Post #357) (Action:Frostbite - The target must make a Constitution saving throw (DC11). On a failed save, the target takes 5 cold damage, and it has disadvantage on the next weapon attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.)
Durnir stand and shifts around the creature attacking ivy. "You're not the Troll-Barf, they are!" He indicates by stabbing the creature in front of ivy.
Move: stands and goes to back diagonal of the creature.

Durnir - Though you've made it to your feet, it seems your strength is lagging behind as you try to stab the stone cursed. The blade doesn't piece, but only pushes against the stone skin. (miss)
Ivy - (Con save succeeds) You try to use your cantrip against the stone cursed man, but it seems the frost is having trouble taking hold on the marble man.
