“Sounds like a plan. The breakfast I mean “ replies Dekket smiling “ Let me approach the wagon so when they go after the killer we both be near it.”
Is possible for Dekket to go up the roofs and jump into the wagon from above? If so he will try it, It’s more cool this way, if not, well the rescue is daring enought as it is ;) .
While still hidden in the alley Coltra casts Disguise Self turning into an older man with darker skin, dirty and bedraggled clothing a scar running down the side of his face, not wearing any armour but essentially the same height and weight. He hands Dekket his rapier, but keeps his dagger "Keep this safe, if I need it it'll have gone too badly wrong anyway, stay clear and try and get help. If he sends some guards, I'll use magic to try and persuade him to send all the rest, and then we steal the cart and get out of here, if he leaves the driver that's when I'll need you to help out." He claps Dekket on the shoulder "There are never any guarantees but I think this could work, just watch yourself, Ok?"
Coltra then moves across to the other side of the street and starts following the cart, giving Dekket time to get into position before running up to the driver calling for help.
OOC when Coltra gives Dekket the clap on the shoulder he imbues him with Bardic Inspiration (1d6) for use in the next 10 minutes.
Leo crouched in the back of the wagon smiles up at Lucian “What do you mean, was this not the plan” as Ranlin is tossed in a few minutes later Leo see the Captain congratulating the six guardsmen “six boys like you just to take a Halfling, seems about right for the City Watch doesn’t it Captain” Leo gives a chuckle and backs away from any retaliation they might give.
"Quiet. We know what each of you are worth to the city...dead," Captain Fields says to Leo, "or alive," he adds with a stern glare moving to the column beside the horses.
All the guards are vigilant moving away from the tavern.
What's everyone doing?

Dekket will try to put himself at a wall near the path that the wagon will take, at the opposite side of Coltra and wait for the opportunity to jump to the bridge of the wagon and take out the driver. Coltra will create the diversion that hopefully will drive away most of the guards that will be the moment to jump to action.
“Tell them that fleeing members of the Order are attacking someone in that alley “ says Dekket “that should give credibility to our history”
Not sure what to roll to be at one side leaning to a wall waiting for the wagon

"Stop, stop, wait there!" Coltra starts to run, as well as an older man could run, towards the cart from the opposite side of the road from Dekket. "You need to stop them! Wait!"
Carrying on like this until he has the attention of the Captain he then says.
"You need to go that way" pointing down an alleyway or narrow street he has passed on the side of the road he has just approached from. "Two men, well one man and a devil, have just killed a man who got in their way and they are running off as we speak! You can't let them get away!" Coltra makes his voice seem scared and desperate as well as older, unlike his natural rich voice.
Looking in the cage he says "They were wearing cloaks just like this lot" peering at Ranlin he adds "By Sune that one looks like a nasty little bugger doesn't he."
Lucian takes a look at the the frantic, old man, attempting to get some help from the guards. He takes a sideways look as the old man describes what apparently Coltra and Dekket have been up to in their attempt at fleeing from the tavern.
"Show them, show then where the man is." Fields exclaims sending three of the guardsmen who look impatiently at you Coltra to lead them.
As the three linger for your direction the captain then blows his own golden horn alerting all neighboring gaurds for reinformace to his area for aid. It takes less than a minute for two groups of three patroling guards to show up having jogged towards the horn. They join the remaining three at the wagon plus the captain and the driver.
"You three with the wagon," the Captain says to three of them two bulky humans and a half-elf in leathers with a bow on his back. "You three with me," he adds moving now six members of the City Gaurd plus the Captain with Coltra now urging him to show them the alley where he spotted the murder as well as the Order members. "Well come on. No time to lose," he adds his tone impatient. "They're a plague on this city. A plague," he adds in a growl.
"I told you where they were you don't need me to come with you, besides I'd only slow you down."As he talks he begins to infuse his words with a magical suggestion. "You need to catch them, take all of the watch you have here and search over there until you find them, quickly before they get away." He points towards the direction he originally mentioned. "Don't worry, nobody is going to steal your cart."

Wiz save for Captain 10.
The Captain leaves with his soilders running in the direction incidcated by the VERY convincing old man...
Back at the wagon six armed City Guards and driver are moving away at a slow pace towards the city center with three new members of the Order of Medusa within it.
P.s. I'm sneaking more posts in, finals week so it's easier to get computer time during classes as I watch my poor little dears forget nearly 90% of what I taught them just a few short months ago. Sheesh BUT ALL MY APs passed the test with flying colors so high fives for me!!!

“It’s now or never” thought Dekket
If something is needed to retcon or he simply cannot do it, just tell me and we’ll change it!!.
Using the harness of one horse he pulls himself up the bridge of the wagon and tries to kick the driver out of it!
Movement: Acrobatics to jump up: 21.
Action: Attack Unarmed: 14 Damage:1 If sneak attack applies: 11 (I don’t know if Rakish Auducity applies here. Anyway it would be subdual damage he doesn’t want to kill him just throw him off the wagon.
He tries to catch the reins before turning towards the horses and, using the reins, shout a loud “YYEEEHAAA” that sounded across the alley, making the horses spook and, hopefully, start running.
Bonus action; Pic the reins IF the driver ws sucesfully knocked down or at lest he had drop them. If not, he will take his next action without the control of the reins.
Action Surge: Use Thaumaurgy to spook the horses and send them at gallop across the street

Typical... XD.
Shouldn’t we roll initiative after the failed attempt to jump to the cart? I get that was a kind of surprise round? That gives dekket a chance to go up before they grapple him? I roll it anyway if needed the rest of the rounds:
Initiative: 8
Spinnig around Dekket tries to get free of the guard that had a hold on him.
Acrobatics: 26. The other one just barely misses his grapple attack
If he gets free he tries to jump again to the bridge of the wagon
Acrobatics: 13.
If he gets up he will try the same thing of the last turn.
Attack: 5 Damage: 10.
If he’s up he will use the action surge to use thaumaturgy to spook the horses Intimidation: (¿?) 21
If he’s grappled or can’t go up the wagon he will try to spook the horses anyway with his action.
OOC: No initiative, no combat. You're unsuccessful.
Dekket is now grappled by one guard with the other clapping manacled on.
"Get him in th cart with the others," says one if the human's to the two guards behind.
The driver slows up the two guards on the western side of the wagon taking point at the horses while the other two at the rear do the same, weapons drawn. Dekket is placed in the back with the others.
