Knicknack will use her movement to go diagonal up-left 5 feet and make a grab for the caterpillar. If she catches it, she will use the rest of her movement to get back to Tuuli and Harrow and - if possible - hold out the caterpillar for them to grab.
Knicknack manages to coax the animal into her hands. She makes it back to the doorway where she began, the last of the caterpillars nestled in her hands.
(Harrow may redo his turn if he likes. Rycroft, Walt, and Callista may act.)
Harrow gently lifts the caterpillar from Knicknack's hands, giving her a smile and a quick "Nicely done" in return. Then he moves back the way he came as quickly as he can.
(Thanks for letting me redo my turn; I'd like to use my action to dash back toward Walt as much as I can, please.)
(Ooc: I’ll be away most of the day so I’m going to try to Phrase my movements in a way that conveys the spirit of what I want Walt to do.)
Once Harrow uses all his movement, Walt will move towards him if necessary and gently take the caterpillar from Harrow.
Once Walt has the caterpillar secured, he will then use all of his remaining movement, using dash action if necessary, to move as close to Rycroft as possible.

Rycroft holds steady, ready to catch and run. He bellows out in an alarmingly deep voice "Blow, winds, and crack your cheeks!"
(Readying an action to move to the ladder with caterpillar in hand if someone hands off or tosses it. Just assume he's doing this until time is up if no one comes.)
Walt gently takes the caterpillar from Harrow and says ”thank you, friend. I’ll take it from here”
And with that he runs like the wind using all of his movement speed including his dash action to get onto the ladder in room H1. He knows he can’t make it all the way up in time, but he has a trick up his sleeve.
Upon entering H1, Walt yells out to Madam Kulp ,”Madam Kulp, don’t close the hatch! I have a beauty of caterpillar for you!”
Walt is hoping this will draw Madam Kulp near the opening at the top of the ladder. Walt will runs up the ladder and when he’s 5ft from the top he will call out to Madam Kulp again.
“Madam Kulp!” Walt cries out in desperation ”please, take the caterpillar! I’m falling!”
Persuasion check: 8
Walt gently tosses the caterpillar out the hatch, saying a silent prayer to the Wildmother that Madam Kulp will catch the little creature. The momentum of that toss causes Walt to fall down to the floor crashing hard on his back.

Walt carefully takes the caterpillar and sprints for the exit, making a huge racket as he stumbles up the ladder. Madam Kulp is standing above the hatch, looking down, holding her golden stopwatch in one hand, counting down the seconds. "4...3...2...1..."

Walt gets up gingerly, rubbing his now aching lower back, and addresses Madam Kulp with a low respectful bow.
”Surely, there are no finer luxury silk garments in all of Siabsungkoh, than those found at Madam kulp’s Luxury Silk shop.”
Walt pauses briefly before continuing with a nervous stutter,”dare I say…I…I have never seen finer garments in all of my travels, here at the Radiant Citadel, or in my homeland.”
Walt smiles sheepishly with his hat now clasped in both hands and held to his chest.

Seeing Knicknack's razor-sharp focus, Harrow decides to leave this room behind and dashes into the next one.
Harrow pushes on into the next room (#7) but it's too dark for him to see much.

Rycroft, Walt, and Calista may act next!

The little caterpillar hisses in fright as Walt half-throws the little beast to Madam Kulp.
It lands awkwardly and scurries to the safety of her full and colorful silk dress. Kulp rolls her eyes and sighs with displeasure.
"Easy! Easy!" she admonishes. "These are gentle creatures!" She inspects the creature carefully to ensure that it is not injured.
She looks again at her watch and sighs again. "Tell me," she asks Walt quietly. "Who makes the finest luxury silk garments in Siabsungkoh?"
