I use my object interaction to take off my belt, still holding it, and jump up 5ft before jumping an additional 30ft with bunny hop and after using my haste action to re buckle my belt, attacking twice:

Before landing again and taking 9 fall damage, which I use my reaction to reduce by 85, and never entering your reach, before I move 65ft back to where I was.
