Sinak walks over and picks up the hand axe, looking at it, considering it, and looks down on the orc with a hard look. Don’t mess with us is evident, without even having to say it. He crouches down and tilts his head, considering the words to come from the orc.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Kragh & Yasmina - The orc startles as Kragh steps on his wrist, looking up at you with a wide eyed expression that quickly turns to anger. The orc snarls and tries to pull his arm back, but can't find the strength in his weakened state. He settles for a look of pure contempt and wheezes as he says, "You threaten a defenseless, half-dead foe and you speak to me of honor?" He barks out a short laugh or cough and continues, "My ancestors are smiling on me half-breed. Can you say the same?" He turns to Yasmina and says, "Would you do it then? Risk soiling those silken fineries? You're no killer." He snorts derisively and rolls over to his back with a grunt, his arm still trapped under Kragh's boot. The orc sneers and you see his yellowed teeth stained with blood that dribbles from the corner of his mouth, "Is that..." He coughs violently, shaking hard and gasping in pain before continuing, "Is that what orcs want, boy? You might have orc blood in your veins but I see..." He pauses to catch his breath, "Whatever else has muddied your lineage has tainted your mind as well." He spits a gob of blood on the ground and continues, "You city dwellers think us all the same simple savages. You don't know me boy. You don't know what I want." The orc takes a deep breath and after slowly releasing it he says, "I will not dishonor myself by selling my life so cheaply. Kill me or let me go, but I will not play your games."
Yasmina - The orc stares at you for a second and you sense pride struggling against some other desire within him, "I want your friend to step off of my arm." He then looks around at those gathered around that he can see, "Or is one unarmed and half-dead Doomspear orc a bite too big for you lot to chew?"

Yamina nods at the orc and turns to Kragh, laying her hand on his arm and smiling confidently to him. "I think you can take a step back now my big friend."
Yasmina gives the half-orc a grateful smile before turning to the wounded orc on the ground again. "There, now we can talk. As you say we have no interest in killing someone that already have fought bravely. We will continue if you tell us why you are here. What was your plan and what do you know of the dragon that roam these woods?" She asks with a stern look.
Sinak says “I am a healer. It is possible to still survive this battle. If… you cooperate.” Sinak keeps his expression passive, observant, like he is expecting an insect caught under a cup.

Kragh - The orc watches as you remove your boot from his arm. He lays still, watching you for a moment before slowly drawing his arm back and sitting up, "My intent, was to arm myself and find my tribe."
Yasmina - You watch the orc draw himself to a sitting position and look around. His gaze lingers on each of his fallen tribesmen and women and his face hardens. He closes his eyes and mutters something under his breath before turning his attention to you, "Our plan was to use the cover of the forest to stage an attack on a nearby village. We knew elves lived here, but we..." He pauses and corrects himself, "But I didn't think they'd put up such a fight. I thought they'd watch and might resort to violence if we got too close to their homes." He looks back to his dead comrades and says, "I was wrong." He gingerly pulls his hand away from his side and inspects the wound before continuing, "I don't know anything about a dragon." He considers this bit of news and says, "The elves can hold their own, but even I wouldn't expect them to survive for long fighting over territory with a dragon." Taking a moment to reflect on what the orc said, his body language, and his tone, you are confident he has not lied to you thus far.
Thelan watches the Orc, one hand near the hilt of his shortsword, eyes flaring with anger “Do not waste your energies on this one, or magic that could be needed on our journey. He is an enemy to this forest, bringing death and destruction to the creatures that live within. I doubt he knows anything of worth. Leave him to rot or I can kill him myself.”
“So, you admit that you were marauding and murdering villagers … and…. you have no knowledge to help us. Once you get all better you plan to regather and go on sacking other villages as you are able to.” He turns to the others in the party, holding the hand axe, considering its weight. “Can anyone else here think of one reason that we should leave him alive?”

Yasmina - After watching Krugh for a bit, the orc turns to you and gives you and appraising look then a slow nod, but remains silent.
"So is there any information or service you could offer us that would convince my friends to spare your life?"Yasmina says, not giving up on the orc quite yet.
“We are wasting our time here. Leave him”Thelan speaks up after a long pause, then turns and addresses the Orc “If you make it to rejoin your tribe, leave this forest. If you claim your kind is not savages, prove it.”

Kragh turns to Yasmina
Orcs don't want shame of returning injured. He wants an honorable death, in battle.

"So what do you want then?" Yasmina says simply. "A quick death as my friend here suggests?"
I'm no city dweller Doomspear. And my lineage is my own.
What was you intent then? You wanted to pick your teeth with that axe?
Tell us the truth and we may yet let you go if that is yuur wish.

Perhaps we can take him along and use him as bait for the dragon
