Da'Kal's mighty blow slices one of the hatchlings in half, hamburger style!
One of its... siblings? moves to take the dead ones place, and both it and the one it moved away from bite at Da'Kal in retaliation.
[#3 moves over, provoking an attack of opportunity from Icarus if you want to you your reaction for that, and assuming it lives through that, bite at Da'Kal: 8 for 5 plus 5 poison damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or become [condition]poisoned[condition] for 1 minute]
[#2 also bite at Da'Kal: 8 for 3 plus 2 poison damage, and same saving throw]
Meanwhile two more bites at Icarus, and two at Zoide!
[#1 bite at Icarus: 22 for 3 plus 2 poison damage, same save]
[#5 bite at Icarus: 9 for 2 plus 1 poison damage, same save]
[#7 bite at Zoide: 5 for 5 plus 3 poison damage, same save]
[#8 bite at Zoide: 19 for 5 plus 6 poison damage, same save]
Finally, the last one moves toward Yaris and tries to take a bite.
[#6 moves down, provoking an attack of opportunity from Icarus if didn't use your reaction already, and also from Zoide if you want to you your reaction for that, and assuming it lives through that, bite at Yaris: 19 for 3 plus 5 poison damage, same save]
[Wow they rolled really badly, if I remember everyone's AC right I think only #8 hit, but that was a crit, but as an Autognome, Zoide has resistance to poison, so 6 total damage on Zoide and one save with advantage against poisoned to make; plus the possible AoOs from Icarus and Zoide]
Icarus casts a spell, and sees the lights of Zoide's eyes dim as the autognome enters some kind of power-saving mode. A moment later, you hear a thump behind you as Yaris falls to the floor unconscious. [Unfortunately, the creatures are immune to sleep]
[Did you want to use your AoO? Since it happens right before your turn it's an entirely free attack...]
[Next up would be Yaris and Zoide, but they're both asleep; I'll give Zoide a chance to declare whether he used his AoO before we head back to the top of the order]
[Icarus, the spell specifically calls for an action to wake someone up, so that will have to wait until the next turn; it also says "shake or slap" so you'll probably have to move closer to them to do that (or I guess a mage hand could slap someone) (or you could always wake them with a little friendly fire damage...)]
[Zoide, I'll allow it this once for the sake of expediency, but strictly speaking an AoO can only be a melee attack. Dex save: 8. I also don't think I saw your save against poisoned, so to keep things moving I'll roll that too: 14]
Mirt hops around in his underwear, trying to pull on his breeches.
[Da'Kal is up! You've already murdered one of my horrible creatures, how many more can you take out before they can maul our helpless sleepers?]

Da'Kal decapitates another of the creatures! Three down, five to go!
[My bitey babies are up next! Clearly seeing Da'Kal as the biggest threat, #1, #2 and #8 all swarm her, teeth gnashing. #1 bite: 8 for 5 plus 6 poison damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute; #2 bite: 23 for 7 plus 3 poison damage, same save; #8: bite: 6 for 4 plus 2 poison damage, same save.]
[The remaining two continue to harass Icarus: #5: bite: 14 for 2 plus 3 poison damage, same save; #7: bite: 8 for 3 plus 4 poison damage, same save]

As Icarus passes out from the creature's bite, his magic dissipates, and Yaris and Zoide are able to regain consciousness!
Yaris, still blinking slightly from the magical nap, stands up, takes in the situation, and immediately steps forward to attack the two creatures menacing the bleeding wizard.
[Quarterstaff, at #7: Attack: 16 Damage: 9; BA Unarmed strike, at #7 if it's still up, else #5: Attack: 12 Damage: 7
[Zoide is up!]

Da'kal shouts *Arggggh!* and goes into an angry Rage!
She draws her battle axe and a hand axe in her false hand. Swinging with both hands at the nearest creature (#4)
