Hrathen does not see this, but sees people running away from the oncoming fight from somewhere 60ft around the corner. Hrathen and Kasbis can dash and join the fight

Kasbis runs around the corner, fearing what is happening and when he comes around the corner he sees that it indeed has come to pass. Duncan! Guess we are committed now! “I have a bad feeling about this…” escapes him as he is running.
When he is free to act, he says in a very convincing voice to the first Mercenary, “This man is not your enemy, your fellow Mercenary ((Mercenary 2)) just wants your power and your gold, attack him, kill him! After that, leave town.” trying to convince him to turn his sword on the other thug, instead of Duncan.

Merc 2 beats Duncan with initiative, so attacks (and misses), before Duncan's turn. Duncan knows it's best to end a fight as quickly as possible, so goes all out at the merc with the sword first.
Hrathen runs to join the fight, yelling “STOP!” and brandishing his holy symbol. He is using his channel divinity. The mercenaries need to make a dc 13 wisdom save. If they fail they are charmed by Hrathen and drop their weapons.
"Fools. You clearly aren't strong enough to be fighting us. Take your leave. Now. And leave the weapons on the ground. If anyone makes a move to take their weapons back, I will attack." To the group, Hrathen says "We really must leave this place. There are a lot of people after us here, and we need to get to that land. Is everyone good to go?"

I will protect those I hate. Even ... even if the one I hate most ... is ... myself.
Duncan takes a deep breath to settle his nerves ((Second wind, healing for 4)), and then holding a hand out to Hrath meaning ‘wait’, says, “Perhaps we should ask them where they wanted to take me…”Then looks to the men to get an answer.
“Let’s get out of here!” Kas says in a rush. He promptly finishes paying for and gathering the supplies noted and says “Which way out of town according to that map? I think we need to leave now. No time for sightseeing today. Ready?”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
“M’Lord, I really think we should try to learn who sent these men…” Duncan says, knowing that you need to know who your enemy is if you are to combat them, but also willing to follow orders since both of the others seem ready to run. He then picks up the mercenaries weapons, straps them to the camel that the others brought around with them, and reluctantly will lead out of town in the direction he learned they need to go, only pausing to pat his pocket to ensure that Shai is safe and comfortable.
The mercenaries moves away as commanded not touching their weapons. The eldritch blast hits the owl and it falls out of he sky, thudding into a rooftop.
A mercenary says "Come with us and you can talk all you want. If not, you'll get a taste of my blade."
Duncan swings his glaive around in a flourish and says, "Let's just talk here eh?" ((initiative 7))

The mercenaries are charmed and stop attacking Duncan. They drop their weapons and have a dazed expression on their faces.
The owl flies away towards the Sand Wreath district.
What do you do next?

Hrathen heads to the Northeast exit. Does anything happen on his way there, and is there any trouble at the exit?
