MeLaan comes from a small family that ran to Xendrick to make their own life and get away from the power of the ten families rulilng over everything. She grew up in an nunusual atmosphere, with no access to the usual technology of Eberron. When her parents died in a tragic accident she found her way to an expidition group from Sharn and joined them on the trip back, hoping to see more of the world and make her own new life.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I will protect those I hate. Even ... even if the one I hate most ... is ... myself.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I'm not quite sure why it says manipulated dice on the initial post. I didn't edit the post at all, much less the dice part... Ddb is getting ridiculous sometimes.
So I'm just going to try again. Feel free to let me know if there's a problem with that.
Here's my character sheet. The backstory is in the backstory section. Inferno Sunsworn
I looked in the character sheet and it doesn't apear the backstory is available to me.
It would be under "notes" in the large box for attacks, spells, inventory, etc.
I think when you share your character the notes get blocked to other veiwers so i cant see your backstory
Okay, I'll just post it here.
I grew up in a small fishing village. My dads were fishermen, so we had a small house and food in winter. Sometimes, to test my wit, I would pickpocket small trinkets: a note here, a shiny pebble there. I lived an uneventful childhood, until when I was 15, my father proposed a move. He told us his brother was offering him a job in his blacksmith company, which was international and very successful. My sister and I pushed back. I had hardly traveled to the next town over, and now he wanted us to travel 700 miles to a Sharn, across the continent? I was livid. The next day, as I was packing, a soft voice spoke in my head. "Hello, Inferno. My name is Graz'zt, and I can give you what you want." Graz'zt described great powers: the ability to cut people with words, harnessing raw elemental power, and creating portals between two places. All I had to do was pledge my loyalty. I have to admit, I am very compulsive when riled. The next night, I agreed. Graz'zt started training me in thievery, and eventually magic. Even though we moved away from the ocean, and I admit I like cities, I still seek to return to my childhood home.

Don't know how I messed it up but do have original rolls as
16,13,15,7,11,12
Dorlin is an orc mercenary veteran trying to make ends meet as the Last War is over now. So far he's been doing bouncer/enforcer work yet finding it hard to really fit as he prefers a somewhat pacifist route. That is punching people out rather than cutting them up, same amount of blood but no bodies. He wanders from job to job seeing where his fighting style would be useful.
Quilaren Odren - mark of Shadow elf - spy - bloodhunter (plan is mutant)
Quilaren Odren presents as an elf of above average beauty and grace who appears to be learning the trade of the traveling entertainer. He has skill, but lacks presence as yet.
In truth, Quil is a dragon marked member of the Phiarlan house of shadows. Quil has little patience for the politics and infighting of house Phiarlan and Thuranni, but he keeps his opinions to himself on the matter. He turns his efforts to more worthwhile causes... like the potential for alchemy to allow flesh and blood to overcome the cold machinery of the warforged.
Quil performs duties as requested and to the letter, but always lurking in the back of his mind is unlocking the secrets of alchemy... Before such power in science, even his own dragon mark is as nothing. His mother sees the potential, and encourages him to pry the secrets from the world away from home, so that when the time comes to reap it's rewards, he will do so with nary anyone the wiser at home.
Plan is for him to be a sneaky-boi and let him grow into being a social boss. It'll take a minute, but by the time we can get our first feat, I'm thinking he'll be pretty neat both in flavor and mechanics.
Name: Valtor Race: Warforge Class: Paladin Backstory: The Last War was devastating for Valtor and his people. Most of any coin he earns goes to help his people find a home. He may have been a soldier during the war, but now he is a Paladin of the Sovereign Host. He prays to each of them, but Bodlrei holds a special place in his heart as he hopes all of his people may find a home. His emblem of the Sovereign Host is etched into his shield.
