Leela half-bows to Adhida. "Of course, my lady. I thank you for your guidance in this matter."
She looks at Selinae. "You are worthy of respect, my friend. But I respect your wishes also."
Leela turns to look at Jenna questioningly. "Do you have a will to speak for us? I will plead Ivey's case with the authorities since that is a task I have taken on for her, but otherwise I am content to stay quiet, or speak up if I am needed."
"I don't think it's wisest to include more people in our business, " Maanai replies to Jenna. "Seems an ill omen and better we remain together, " the mage warns.
"Please, if you will escort the prisoners to the garrison we will resupply the vessel and make arrangements for repairs, " Adhida says to the party as she and Maanai disappear in the market.
OOC y'all can drop the prisoners off as an agreement or RP. We can then go ahead!

Leela takes Ivey and her brother's body and pleads their case to the garrison before leaving them there. She asks the goddess for [spell]Guidance/spell] beforehand.
Jenna listens to Leela, looking from time to time at Ivey.
"Clearly our benevolence in helping what we assumed were unfortunate travellers was misplaced. But it seems that this pair..." she nods at Ivey "....were victims in their own way"
Before they leave, she turns back to the guard, with a charming smile "Oh if I might have the manacles back. Who know that they would be so handy. No pun intended"
Selinae raises an eyebrow at Jennas manacle comment, " Do I want to know?"
Selinae attempted to Help Leela plead her case by standing and looking mildly supportive though she really didn't care what happened to the prisoners from this point on.
After they were done, regardless of the outcome she offered to buy everyone a strong drink......though she had no idea where she might do that....
The garrison seem unmoved by the party's pleas. They take Ivy into a cell but the body of the others disappear into a chamber that's marked by runes.
"You will forgive us but we take the dead seriously here. Too much in the sand wants to wake them," the garrison captain explains crypticly before pointing the party in the direction of food and lodging.
It's a large one story building made of mud bricks and sails of rough canvas. It's inviting however with flute music and lively conversations beckoning the party inside from the street. A sign hangs outside the says Red Sails which the many patchwork sails hung and angled aid with shading the place are made up of bits of red canvas.
"Come, come welcome...welcome," a black furred tabaxi gestures for the party to enter. "Drinks yes? Food of course," he exclaims as if it's a forgone conclusion! Entering the party finds a large table in the back where Adhida and Maanai are talking yet another golden masked figure with brilliant white robes and an elaborate as well as official looking civil regalia that looks like it's made of precious metals and gemstones to resemble a lid less eye!
The cousins and the masked figure are too deep in conversation to notice the party enter or approach them.

Leela sends a prayer to Selune, in the hope of protection and solace for Ivy.
As they enter the Red Sails, Leela looks around to check the place out, especially noting the figure who is speaking to the cousins. Are there many other people there? Does the figure look like the other masked figures they have met? perception26.
Selinae leaves the cousins to their discussion and finds a table, " Jenna, be a dear and go order for us.", she grins thrusting her coin purse into Jennas hand,
" Something with some kick, and some dolma, and basbousa.....Ful Wa Ta'ameya.....are they vegetarian here too? If not, then Hamam Mahshi and kofta. Oh, and some for you and the others as well."
Jenna chuckles, shaking her head in mock-despair at Sel. Then she grabs the coin purse and goes to order. She rejoins the others and a little while later a server carries out platters and bowls of aromatic delights.
"Try this....I think this is the chicken tagine. I asked for extra spicy. And this....I think this is called Zaal-something. Leela you'll like this its tomato and those big purple things"
She throws the coin purse back to Sel, then watches in delight as her friend tucks in. Jenna herself grazes, taking a little bit of everything
