Yiin Just after hearing the captain's words, Yiin runs towards the lamia, with his hands still up and extended forward. As the firbolg charges, his arms separate forming a 90 degrees angle and the air surrounding the arms starts to move on its own, distorting the light as it pass near them.
When the firbolg is 10 feet away from the creature, Yiin closes his fists vehemently and emits a muffed scream coming from his belly, and the distorting light surrounding his arms transforms into a long bracers made of pure clear purple light that covers the firbolg from the shoulders into his fists and beyond, disappearing into nothing as they go far away from Yiin's body.
Right after that, Yiin does a quick jab punch followed by a cross punch to what it seems to be the air, as it is 10 feet away from the creature, but the purple light bracers that surrounds his arms, seems to be reaching the creature.
Bonus Action: Summon Arms of the Astral Self DEX DC 15 Damage: 8 force (1 ki point; each creature of your choice that you can see within 10 feet of you must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take force damage equal to two rolls of your Martial Arts die.) Leela eyes the captain narrowly, almost like a sulky child denied a treat, when she interrupts Leela's attempt at peacekeeping.
She throws her hands up in the air. "Ah, there is no helping it. By the goddess, a stubborn creature!"
Leela grasps for her amulet, lifting it slightly from her chest, and looks up to the moon before closing her eyes briefly. Dim twilight begins to emanate from her, coalescing in to a sphere of Twilight Sanctuary 30ft around her in all directions, although only the top dome of the sphere is visible from the deck. "Friends, move into the twilight if you can; I will be able to help you more easily."
Leela moves slightly so her twilight encompasses the lamia to ensure she is able to assist any of her group in melee range.
[Whenever a creature ends its turn in the sphere, she can grant them 1d6+5 temporary hit points or end charm/frighten effect on it.]
Leela grants herself 7 bonus hit points, and will grant bonus hit points to all of her compatriots at the end of their turn if they are close enough.

He takes up a half-kneeling position to help his aim and loads a bolt. - "I guess I should resort to different tactics"- with a slight "thoing" sound he shoots the bolt.

She casts Sleep on the lamia, choosing to throw extra power into it, the humming tune becoming a deeper vibration.
