Cerau was quiet as she made her way closer and closer to the town. Her eyes flashing up at the dragon whenever it came into view. She was trying desperately not to show how nervous she was as she followed along with the others. She wanted to be valiant like her father had been. Was. Still was. He was still alive - she kept telling herself. She had previously been more talkative in the journey but as they neared the town, a calm quiet had settled over the genasi girl.
However as Cerau sees the family running towards them, the woman staying back to fight the little beasts she squares her shoulders and her eyes brighten with starlight. Cerau watches, emboldened, as vines shoot up around most of wicked creatures and she shouts to the woman, "Go! We'll hold them off. Make sure the children get to safety!" Stepping towards one of the kobolds that is still free (6, 9, or 10), Cerau's left hand reaches to the amulet at her neck and closes her eyes for but a moment. Moonmaiden, I turn to you, guide me. Lifting her arm, she opens her hand out and and points towards the kobold, releasing Toll the Dead as the sound of lightening striking a bell reverberates towards the creature with an unsettling lightness.
OCC: The kobold will need to make a WIS14 save. If it fails: 3 of necrotic damage

Swan looks up at Sabynn's warning and sees the kobolds. Her heart starts racing, and she instinctively reaches for her spear, ready for the fight. Without hesitation, she runs towards the kobolds, shouting to the woman, "Go, mistress. Take care of the children!"
As she gets closer, she can the kobolds are restrained by the vines, and she could see the fear and desperation in their eyes as they struggled against the magical restraints. She knows she has to act fast. With a fierce determination in her eyes, she lunges forward and thrusts her spear towards the kobold.

Wiri watches Swan and Sabynn direct the woman to safety, while Narr dives into the fray. Instinctively, the half-drow takes a step toward the fighting, but stops herself from moving any closer to the melee combat. Her sad eyes flit to the kobolds ensnared in the thick vines, and she realizes that the time has come, yet again, that she must end lives in order to save lives. “May the Divines have mercy on your souls.”
Wiri closes her violet eyes and draws the staff’s orb closer to her face. She traces a shining golden triangle in the air, the shape pulsating with arcane energy. As soon as the triangle is complete, she presses her palm against the shape and an eldritch blast sears through the air, directed at Kobold 10.

OOG let's give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you have attacked one of the entangled ones. Your attack roll: 15. I will follow up in the next post.
Cerau
You raise your hand an point towards one of the kobolds (#6 - he is the closest to the family). Small creature meets your gaze when the bell tolls. (Kobold's save 13)
Swan
You take a few steps towards struggling creatures. You thrust with ease killing it instantly. Efficiently and deadly the blade went in just enough to reach it's heart. While pulling your spear out you struck another one in the guts with the blunt end of your spear. He squeals feeling the hit.

The one you struck (#3) had his head spun towards the back. His eyes went milky right away and the corpse was pulled to the ground by the vines.
Cerau
The one that was looking at you froze. For a split second nothing has happened but you saw black lines appearing on his scales as if the life itself was pulled away from his body. He stands seriously weakned.

Tyto casts Shillelagh as a bonus action. You can see flowers blossoming all around his staff, and thorned vines growing between them. He raises his staff, struggling to focus on the vines and roots that are still growing and tightening their grip on the remaining two Kobolds in their control. Tyto runs towards Kobold #7 and attacks him with his staff:

With a few steps Tyto has reached one of the Kobolds. He spoke a few wards and with studied gestures he smacked this club pressing a shamrock to its surface. The club gave a brief glow as nature's powers itself were imbued within her structure.
The kobold saw you moving closer. he wanted to escape but the vines kept him in place as your club has reached it's body. The force of the blow was so strong, the lifeless body was torn with a brief squeal and landed a few feet in the bushes.
Kobold #5 spends his action trying to break free (Strength check 3 and he needs 14 to break free).

Wiri eyes the "un-vined" kobold, then looks at the innocents cowering a short distance away. The half-drow has winced at the pathetic squeals of the dying kobolds, but she's still firm in her resolve to protect the people of Greenest. It's the uncontrolled malice in the eyes of Kobold 8 that drives her to raise her staff to the sky. She whispers something in celestial, something beautifully melodic but also despairingly sad. A beam of radiant flame burns through the air, as Wiri casts sacred flame at Kobold 8.

Narr pushed through with the momentum of his first swing and draws the hammer back under his arm.
He had nearly lost hold of the thing he was so worked up. But then he connected with the kobolds head and that helped him to keep a grip.
Feeling a bit more confident Narr grips the warhammer tighter and with a mighty thrust he spears the end of his weapon straight between the eyes of the next kobold.
The hammer hits the kobold. A powerfull blow crushes its shoulder and brings it to the ground lifeless.
The remaining lizzard, looks at the crushed remains of his companion, drops its knife and as fast as he can runs away (He takes disengage) and starts crawling through the bushes to freedom.
