Backstory(include also how you met the Great Monk Jashin) When they were born, an evil fey creature took him away from his home and into the Feywild to be eaten. An even more powerful fey creature saved him. He was blessed and raised by this good fey creature. He always loved the art of entertainment, and when he came of age, he was given his Magical Lute, the Doss Lute. He took to traveling the Feywild as an entertainer! As he took this path, not only did he become famous in the Feywild, but he also gained his magical abilities. This was due to his entire life being exposed to the magic of the Feywild. He met Jashin on his travels. They first met when Jashin was a member of an audience Sorinn once had. They talked afterward and got along verry well. He was chosen to help with this war, for Jashin saw his magical capabilities and knew that he'd be a great ally for this war! He accepted in because he wants to save his homeland and sees it as a favor to a friend.

Name: Gygerax (goes by Gyg)
Race: Faerie Dragon
Class/Subclass: Celestial Warlock (Pact of the Tome)
Background: Entertainer
Backstory: Gygerax was just getting ready to enjoy an extended respite the Feywild. As he was not particularly old for a faerie dragon, he wasn't quite ready to retire to the plane of fey, but needed a little break from the material planes. He'd become too accustomed to pranking and joking the humanoid races that populated the planes of men, elves, and dwarves. Just before he set out for the Forest of Wonder, however, he received communication from an old friend. Gyg recalled the time, when he was but a faerie wyrmling, that he tried to entangle a traveling merchant with vines of sticky, raspberry taffy. Little did the dragon know that this was no merchant, but a monk moving the wagon as a favor for a dear friend. The monk, aware of the wyrmling's presence, pretended to be trapped by the taffy, allowing Gyg to sniff around the wagon for food. Caught unaware, the faerie dragon found himself encased in a cage of force. After a few traded jokes, the two became fast friends. Gyg unraveled the parchment from Jashin, which informed the tiny faerie dragon that the Forest of Wonder and the nearby communities had been attacked by goblin hordes. Requesting his presence immediately, Gyg made his way to Jashin near the city of Dolsela.
Backstory(include also how you met the Great Monk Jashin): Brecon had heard of a powerful talisman held by none other than the Summer Queen. No doubt it would fetch a high price at the Black Moon Market. Making his way carefully through the Summer Court, he found the talisman he had been searching for. Just as he was about to lay his hand on it, a voice reproached him. It was Titania herself. Brecon threw himself at her mercy, and she smiled. She offered him the talisman to keep, and more, great power she promised, if he agreed to use his skills for her and her alone. He agreed, for who could reject an offer from the Queen of Light.
That was 30 years ago. His power had indeed grown, along with his legend, well known now as a servant of Titania, he had been on many missions for her, including spending some time scouting Nachtur with Jashin, the even more legendary Wood Elf Monk. And now Jashin called again. Titania was reluctant to send Brecon, but he begged, How long have I done your bidding, done only what you ask? Please let me go. And so she did, with her blessing.

Midnight is a priest of the Old Ways, practicing rituals on the solstices, and dancing naked in a full moon on the peaks of mountains. He's pretty sure Ley Lines work because he does all this, and is not hesitant to take credit for literally everyone's ability to use magic. Everyone knows of him... Most turn the other way when he comes walking up the road.
That said, he's actually one of the foremost spell slingers in the Fey Wild, specializing in healing, but he's quite capable of bringing the heat, too. Hearing of the dangers now arrived, he's prepared to follow Jashin to the danger. A lot of people will be needing them.
He's Jashin's cousin. Midnight has been told not to say that too loudly, so as not to detract from Jashin's credibility.
For some reason, when I edited this post to add the species, it changed the dice rolls. I built my character with the original ones but will reroll if you'd like.
John-paul LeMay found his way into the FeyWild as a young child in the most typical of ways, he followed a rabbit into its burrow and found himself tumbling through a portal into the upside-down fairyland. The young halfling already had a knack for moving unseen through the forest and a tickle in the back of his head that sometimes let him move things or distract people at just the right moment. Being on his own in the FeyWild threw those doors wide open and soon the young halfling had carved out a life for himself right out of a storybook. His newly burgeoning psychic abilities let him hunt and defend himself and his creativity and natural intelligence helped him build a cozy little burrow of his own where he was snug and safe at night.
It was a happy time for the young halfling, lost in what felt like a dream for time untold. But like all dreams, it couldn't last and eventually gave way to reality. Dirty, hungry and lonely he wandered into the nearest village and got caught stealing bread from a bakery run by a Haregon commune. They saw through the grime to the lost child underneath and took him in, adopting him as one of their own. Those were happy years, growing up in the FeyWild, helping in the bakery, wandering in the woods for hours hunting for mushrooms and small game. He grew and learned to move unseen, watching and listening to everything and everyone. He was a curious child, who grew into a bored young adult, one with strange powers - strange even in a strange place like the FeyWild.
It was his snooping and sneaking that saved him and the strange commune who took him. He caught wind of a raid from a rival commune of Haregons, ones who thought believed they were cursed to be vampires and so they had a strange habit of sucking all their vegetables dry instead of chewing them like normal people. Weirdos. Dangerous, bloodthirsty, fanatical weirdos who would have destroyed his clan's food, broken their homes and taken the children to indoctrinate them into their strange Bunnicula cult. Fortunately, John-paul was able to warn the elders and set an ambush for the attackers, breaking them before they ever got close enough to threaten his home. That was the turning point, the moment where he knew who he was and why he had come to the FeyWild. He was their protector, the shadow in the night that let them sleep safe in their beds.
Word of the Shadow of Harengon Hollow reached the council, tales of a warrior who moved unseen and struck down bandits, brigands and beasties with his silvery blades that disappeared. When Jashin set out looking for Warriors to hold back the Goblins, he remembered the legend of the shadow and sent a fairy rider looking for the ellusive figure.
Name: Mapharys Duskwing Race: Tiefling Class: Hexblade/Shadow Sorcerer Background: Criminal Backstory: Mapharys was always a traveller, a trickster and a magician finding new adventures all over the realms, finding himself in one dire situation after another but somehow coming out alive, and eventually he found his way into the Feywild. It was there that he met the just and good-hearted Jashin who saved him from the vile clutches of the powerful hag Zaratziah. Mapharys never viewed himself as a true hero in the way Jashin was, but when his old friend recently called upon his aid, Mapharys was quick to answer, finding his way to the town of Dolsela with the small task of fighting off an approaching army of goblinoids to repay his life debt, and anyway, it was sure to be an adventure worthy of a song and that was really the only thing the tiefling could ask for.
Backstory (include also how you met the Great Monk Jashin): Ezekiel was not born like most other creatures. He was created by the clockwork cult as a half-human, half-clockwork being, with the sole purpose of being worshipped by his fellow cultists. From the moment of his creation, Ezekiel was subjected to the cult's twisted teachings and brutal rituals.
As he grew older, Ezekiel began to despise the other cult members. To him, they were disgusting and weak, willing to bow down to a clockwork deity that cared nothing for their well-being. Their obsession with the clockwork deity, their willingness to implant machinery into their own bodies, and their blind devotion to a false idol, all made Ezekiel sick to his core. Every day, he was forced to witness the cultists' twisted rituals, their perverse experiments, and their mindless devotion to their deity. Ezekiel was repulsed by their willingness to sacrifice their own humanity in service of a clockwork god. He could not stand the sight of their bodies, mutilated and modified by machinery.
In his eyes, the cultists were no longer human, but mere machines themselves. Ezekiel longed for freedom from their grasp, to leave behind the foul stench of their machinery and to find a life of his own. But he knew that the only way to escape their clutches was to rise through the ranks and take control of the cult, to destroy the very thing that he was created to worship.
As Ezekiel plotted his revenge, he bided his time, watching and waiting, observing the cultists' weaknesses and their strengths. He trained his mind and body, honing his skills until he was ready to make his move. And when the time was right, Ezekiel struck. He moved through the cult's ranks like a shadow, eliminating anyone who stood in his way, until finally, he stood at the top, the last remaining member of the once-great clockwork cult. With his fellow cultists now gone, Ezekiel was free to pursue his own agenda, unfettered by the constraints of the cult's twisted ideology.
It was during this time that he heard rumors of a powerful monk gathering allies to fight against the goblin army. Ezekiel saw an opportunity to prove his worth, to show that he was more than just a clockwork creation. He sought out the monk, offering his services in the fight against the goblins, hoping that it would give him the purpose he so desperately craved.
