The Warden looks at Noxus, and says, "You think that you're high and mighty, assasin? You think that I should fear you? If so, you are really more naive then I thought. Let me show you what true fear is." Suddenly, it feels as if it had suddenly got colder, and Noxus, Jashin, Mithrellan, and Fluffy, who I am assuming are in front of The Warden, all look up as thunder and lightning crackle from the sky, and you all see what seems to be a giant figure in the sky, obscured by the sky, when suddenly, something pokes it's head out of the cloudy skies. two draconic heads poke out, it's sight more terrible than anything from this world, or in any world. Thats when you realize to your horror, that what floats before is the demon dragon, The Demogorgon himself.
(OOC: don't worry, he didn't actually summon the demogorgon, he just casted the Fear spell. Noxus, Mithrellan, Fluffy, and Jashin have all been affected by this spell, and in Ixsas point of view, he sees nothing and wonders if his party members had just gone plain loco. Mithrellan, Noxus, Fluffy, Jashin, make a Wisdom save!)\
Jashin wisdom save: 13
Fear:
You project a phantasmal image of a creature's worst fears. Each creature in a 30-foot cone must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or drop whatever it is holding and become frightened for the duration.
While frightened by this spell, a creature must take the Dash action and move away from you by the safest available route on each of its turns, unless there is nowhere to move. If the creature ends its turn in a location where it doesn't have line of sight to you, the creature can make a Wisdom saving throw. On a successful save, the spell ends for that creature.

(OOC: So, round 2 action for the Warden was to cast Fear?
Mithrellan should be OK. The phrasing of the spell should mean that Mithrellan climbs down from the tree and then uses the rest of his movement this round to dash away, same as he would from a potentially deadly threat.
Before I decide what Ixsas does in round 2, I guess I need to know what he sees.
Noxus drops his gun and uses dash to run away from the Warden, right?
Mithrellan dropped his bow and uses dash to climb down and then run away from the Warden.
Did Fluffy ever take an action in round 1? Where is she at the start of round 2?
Jashin drops his sword, but did he flee, or is he trying to stand his ground (using his round 2 action to end the frightened condition with stillness of mind)?

Since Jashin has not run away, yet, there's no way Ixsas would leave the combat while he himself is unharmed.
Ixsas is going to try to take out the hobgoblins blocking his way to the others. Since he has 50 ft. of movement and 4 attacks (using Flurry of Blows this round), he may end up attacking more than one target this round, depending on whether he kills his first opponent. Once he kills one, he uses part of his movement to move to the next opponent and attacks that one. The order of opponents is
Hobgoblin 3
Hobgoblin 4
The Warden
Note: once he is out of attacks, Ixsas will use all of his remaining movement this round to close to melee range with the Warden (still on the opposite side of the Warden from the party) even if he has not killed hobgoblins 3 and 4. He'll risk getting hit with opportunity attacks if he can put himself in melee range with the Warden. Ixsas hopes that it will force the Warden to deal with him first and gives Master Jashin time to recover next round. As he approaches the Warden, he shouts in an attempt to get his attention.
