"Hello...Yes... Oh nice to have met you" says Thes. That teenager seems to have nervous energy about him. She then politely nudges people out of way to get to Ioseph and shows him the scroll "Now we know where to go. Lets get going"she then heads to Trovik's location as indicated on the scroll.
The events at the Orzhova occurred hours ago, so you have enough time to reach precinct 5 and observe both Trovik and Toka from a safe distance (30 ft.)
The other two soldiers fail the save and also receive damage. The one teasing Trovik before was far too close to one of the explosions and received a nasty wound from them.

From the explosions emerged 6 mephits surrounded by cackling energy. 3 are within 15 ft. to Trovik and Toka and other 3 closer to the workshop entrance. (next to two of the other Boros Soldiers)
So we have Tez and two soldiers near 3 mephits and Toka and Trovik near to other 3.
The location is mostly outside of buildings in the cargo area of the workshop, so not so many passersby and enough space to maneuver around the mephits

Keeping his iron-shod staff close and tight for this crowded-combat space, he strikes the nearest mephit with the staff before his features seem to blur, a burst of spiritual energy shrouding his hands as two punches leap out at an adjacent mephit! (spending ki point for flurry of blows!)
If the quarterstaff hits, then that mephit will also be knocked backwards 5 ft. by Ioseph's Crusher feat, giving breathing room for the staunch legionnaires to regroup and join the fray!

Ioseph hit every single time the small energy entity with each hit the creature seemed to grow more unstable until the point where it can't contains its own energy and explodes violently, however, Ioseph knew that it might be a good idea to keep a distance, those 5 ft. that the creature was pushed back where enough to keep everyone at a safe distance .
Another mephit will fly towards Ioseph and attack with its claws filled with violent lightning energy, but Ioseph easily dodges the attack.
Tez hesitatingly leaves his brother behind by follows his advice, or was it an order? Anyway, he’s right, well, he usually is, Tez must help to contain the mephits. His first instinct was to bolster the soldiers next to him but then someone else, a human with a staff, blitzes into the fray and breaks up the melee. Wow, this one seems capable! In a snap decision he bets on the newcomer to have the largest impact and infuses him with arcane energy to deflect harm, „Thanks! You…ahem… just arrived in time.“

((OOC: Even if Mage armor was cast using the warlock invocation it would be considered as casting a spell so you wouldn't be able to cast hex as bonus action, however, I'll allow it considering that you are on duty and mage armor lasts 8 hours, so I guess it makes sense to have that active before the contact started))
The 3rd mephit that was close to the boros guard will attempt to catch everyone in its lightning breath (which would catch Ioseph, 1 soldier and Trovik) (I will need a DEX ST DC 10 and receive 6 dmg (lightning) or half dmg on a succesful save.
One of the Boros Soldiers is already looking very bad.
one of the other three Mephits closer to the workshop will attack some Izzet League workers who couldn't get too far away from their lightning breath.
and the other two seemed to be drawn to some boxes already placed on the vehicle.
Trovik looks at the injured soldier “Get on your feet.” Hoping his words would help to reinvigorate the fighter. With that Trovik rushes forward to the Ice Mephit and swings his Warhammer at it, letting out a shout.

the soldier looks towards Trovik and nods...probably ashamed for being rude with him a couple of minutes before, he grips his longsward again with full determination and attack twice first to the most damaged mephit and then turning to another one as he notices that the first mephit is far too unstable. Both attack hits.

The other soldier attempts to hit the less unstable mephit, however, it deals a devastating blow that causes the mephit to explode, the explosion is in range of the two soldiers both attempt to escape the lightning rays but only one manages to avoid most of it. (2 to first soldier and 1 to the other)

The second soldier looks back at the unstable mephit and attemps to shove it away from them and Trovik but misses. Athletics check: 8

Ioseph, spying the danger of the soon-to-be-exploding mephit, moves forward to try to fend the it off of the other soldier and shove it back with his quarterstaff! Despite taking a direct blast from the most recent exploding mephit, Ioseph appears relatively unharmed, a faint aura glowing about his person as the energies dissipate with a sheen like light reflecting off of metal. If there is time and opportunity, he will also go ahead and make his unarmed attack against the nearest mephit remaining mephit (not sure which one that would be, so whichever one makes sense in context!)

Tez attack finds the mephit energy core and deals a great amount of damage, He quickly turns to Ulz but luckily he is distracted helping people getting out of the way and also making sure that no equipment is damaged in the fight.

From the distance is quite hard to distinguished what happened, the three Mephits surrounded Ioseph and a loud explosión was heard and seen...however, the arcane energy surrounding Ioseph protected him against every single attack emerging completely unharmed from all the ruckus.

Torvik looks around at his companions and those helping in the fight. He just lifts his Warhammer and shouts “May Aurelia favor us today! Stand firm and fight for the honor of the Legion!” his words washing over his companions blessing them in their ways.
He then clocks his hooves against the ground as he holds up his Warhammer “You all messed with the wrong lot.” He says as he moves towards the mephit 30 feet away.

She clutches her amulet and cast toll the dead at the nearest mephit. Then Thes unhooks her shield ready to defend herself.
