"Three doors up ahead," he tells the others and then looks at the prisoner. "Which one is the woman in? And are the other two empty or is someone in those too?"
"Are you seriously trying to escape?" Reed ask the Fist. "Right while I'm talking to you?"
Reed gestures up around the corner. "Our skellie friends aren't letting you go that way."
Then he turns and gestures back down the hallway he'd just checked out. "And scary lady is that way."
Reed pauses to look for the secret door himself (Perception 4+5 = 9) but is too distracted by the stupidity of the Fist to really give the area a good look.
Roo is caught off guard by the audacity of this guy. Immediately he tries to stab this moron but misses as he drops to the floor and prepares himself for the fight.
The Fist untangles himself from Roo and sidesteps the bird's attack as he does. Holding his hands up, he retorts, "All right, all right, just didn't need him on me anymore." he gestures towards Roo with his head.
From down the stairs 10 feet, Virro stands and rubs a few of his bruises quickly, then pulls out his whip with the blood still drying on it. “We’ve had just about enough of you. We were tasked with ending you, you realize. All of you. You can’t get away….”
Virro cracks his whip, aiming for the Fist’s face, hoping to snap a bloody line across it.
Whip : 17 to hit, for 7 slashing damage.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
The Fist brings up his shield just in time to block the whip as it dances right by his face. "Tasked? by who?! I'm sure they won't mind if you just let me go... I won't tell anyone."
Roo continues to squawk and dance around this guy's legs, jabbing with his sword and uttering obscenities that are absolutely vile, including but not limited to what he's gonna do to this guy's corpse, how he'll kill him so hard that his mother is going to die in sympathy, how he will cut down his entire family tree, and how his bones will build the palacial foundation of his temple to Gallus...
"I'm afraid it doesn't work like that. You chose this line of work, and you have had the extra time among the living answering questions. Now it is time we release you to whatever awaits in the next life", Corlith says flatly.
With that he raises his hand and fires a blast of icy cold towards the Fist.
Action: Cast Ray of Frost at the Fist - To Hit: 13+7= 20, Damage 5 [cold] - On a hit, his speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of Corlith's next turn.
Wilfred watches as they lose control of the prisoner. "Hmm, are we done than, nothing else we need him for? Alright, than stop playing with him."
Wilfred's glaive flys forward right after Corlith's magic hits. With the Fist's arms raised, Wilfred's glaive goes into gap in the armor right under his arm, striking true and deep.
He pulls it out and says "Okay, let's go." As he says that, he turns and smashed the butt of his glaive into the fists skull.
The Fist falls like a rag as Corlith freezes him, then Wilfred's glaive first slices a deep gash then finishes him off with a blow to the head. As you look down, you see he carries the same stuff the rest did and an silence falls on the party.
Reed saw that there were 3 doors down the tunnel a bit further and up some stairs, and the Fist mentioned a secret door at the bottom of this stair.
Reed scoops up whatever arrows that this Fist had in their quiver and splits them with Wilfred.
"They're decision making," Reed says while indicating the dead Fists lying all over the stairs and hallway," doesn't speak well for this cult becoming a real threat any time soon."
Reed then calls up the stairs.
"You two, get down here and make yourselves useful. We've got rooms to explore," Reed calls up to the skeletons.
When they come down, Reed directs them down the hallway and into the room with the door that's ajar.
The skeletons, relieved that they aren't being asked to skip, amble through the pile up of people and bodies and trundle down the stairs and up the next.
When they get to the three doors, they step into the room with the door ajar. Once in, they stand there waiting for their next command.
"Well that's a positive," Reed says. "No one attacked them right away."
Knowing the secret door must be in the the area at the bottom of the stairs, and maybe where the first Fist of Bane was standing guard when he and Virro first went around the corner, and now without the distractions of the other Fist, Reed takes a second look for the secret door before catching up with the skeletons.
Archie shuts the evil spellbook having made a few notes inside it. Producing a flame which consumes her palm and flares bright light around her she illuminates the oath down the stairs and follows Reed, "less attackers is always good, for now. What is irritating me is why they seem to be doing the stuff they're doing? Religious zealotry is one thing but even that kind of madness had a point, summoning demons or funneling power to some old god, y'know just anything... But I can't seem to figure out how the dead guys are benefitting from all this, the tortured guy and these commandable skeletons.. guards everywhere but not seeming to guard anything too valuable, apart from Roos heroes armour, which is another odd thing... Just what is going on?"
Reed uses his dagger to mark out the outline of the concealed door he's found at the bottom of the stairs, also marking out where the mechanism to open it is.
"Maybe all the really good stuff is behind this door," Reed suggests, pointing out the secret door as he does.
He looks back up the stairs at the others.
"Some of them could probably use a breather before we go any further though."
“Nice work all”, Corlith says as he surveys the dead bodies.
”It is strange, but I feel like I am starting to get used to this”, he says stepping over the corpses.
He looks at the outline of the door Reed found, as he listens to Archie.
“It does all seem very random down here. Let’s hope something further on makes some sense of it. I am not sure it is a good time to rest though, the scary lady that last one spoke of must know we are here. If he found her scary, she must have something about her. We should deal with her before we relax”, he says.
“If we do find a secluded area” Virro says as he coils up his whip and puts it on his waist, “I do think that some of us could use a rest.” He looks over at Wilfred, who is looking rough, like a weekend warrior that has strained his back. “I’m fine, some of my abilities may return that could be helpful, but I don’t have much more healing that I can offer at all. Any rooms that we can close ourselves into and rest for an hour, then proceed?”

"Dead Fist over over there said that the woman up ahead was in the room next to their barracks." Reed says. "She must be in one of the rooms with the closed door down the hallway. We can go have a nice little visit with her then take a little rest."
"alternatively, if this secret door has a mechanical closing and locking system I could maybe disable it whilst we were inside, effectively locking us in until we need to get out, the only down side is we would have no eyes on the corridor, we open ourselves up to attacks from the rear if enemies start making moves." Archie pipes up as she looks over the handiwork of Reed, "open it first, we'll take a look" Archie touches the part that Reed outlined as a hidden mechanism to see if a magical effect has been placed there, if not she investigates, assisting Reed if he needs it.
Reed comes back up the stairs a little.
"Three doors up ahead," he tells the others and then looks at the prisoner. "Which one is the woman in? And are the other two empty or is someone in those too?"
The Fist looks to Reed a bit confused..."Scary woman in room next to our room, where we sleep. Other room empty."
Seeing the others occupied with finding loot amongst his former friends, he attempts to get out of the grapple from Roo... (waiting on his roll)
