As Hildr searches near the cots for anything that could be used in their favor, she isn't able to find much of anything in the way of a wedge or flammable material. However she can't help but notice that the cots are raised off the ground, resting upon large, heavy stone blocks.
Gallant'swords ring out, and the woman stops climbing. "Peace!? Talk about our pain?!" She spits out, fury and disgust behind every word. "You didn't want to end his life, then you shouldn't have!" The last word comes out as screech, and her fingers dig deep into the stone walls of the pit. "I'll tell you what you can do. One life for my sweet Galdren's, the rest can live."
You haven't diffused the situation, but you've paused her climb at the very least for now.
Order -> Crannoc-> Iris-> Hildr(Top of Initiative) -> Gawain-> Gallant
Crannoc may be a strange nature cleric, but he is a cleric nonetheless. His deity, while wild and implacable, abhors the undead as unnatural abominations as much as any other god. There is no negotiating with the undead in Crannoc's world. They are to be destroyed or, failing that, retreated from.
He gives Gallant a hard look, as if towards an animal in his pack who has begun to foam at the mouth.
When he speaks, Crannoc's voice is deathly quiet, a whisper inaudible more than 30' away. "Do not do this Gallant. Whatever you may expect, there is no redemption or honor in the undead. If you give yourself up, the creature, or whoever it is thrall to, may raise you as another like it. Or it may not keep to any bargain you make now. It regenerates its unholy health as we stand and speak to it. We should end it or retreat when it falls next."
Almost, he casts another Toll the Dead at the undead horror, having seen it be partially effective previously. But out of respect for his pack-mates (ill-advised in Crannoc's opinion) gambit, he does not do so yet. Instead, he stays on the opposite side of the hole as the climbing abomination, readying a Thorn Whip to pull it back off the wall again if it climbs within 30' before Crannoc's next turn. He stares at the bard who seems bitten by madness.
Unaware of the decision unfolding in the other room, Iristurns into the first unexplored area from the main chamber. Frantically, she searches the small room for something that could be used to help block the door or hold it closed.
As Hildrrejoins, Gawainturns his attention to the bard, speaking quietly. "There's no need for that Gallant. We can get away, Hildr found something for us to block the door with." He looks across the gap to Crannoc, waiting to pull the thing off the wall once more. "We just need to get her back to the bottom of the pit so we have time."
Much the same as Hildr, Irisdoesn't find anything to jam the door with. But the cots in that room are also propped up on stone blocks, heavy enough that stacked together could possibly barricade the door.
Crimson eyes stare up at the bard, the fiery rage behind them cooling off. She believes you.
"That will do," she coos slowly climbing back down to the floor of the pit. "But don't jump - that would be too quick. Climb down."
Queenie Movement 20 feet down to the floor of the pit.
Order -> Crannoc-> Iris-> Hildr(Top of Initiative) -> Gawain-> Gallant
As soon as the wretched creature's feet touch the floor of the pit, the cleric turns to his companions with a single word: "Flee."Crannocmoves around the pit as quick as he can, sprinting across the rest of the room to make it back into the chamber.
For your reference, the stone blocks are about 40lbs each. There are four to each cot. They can be stacked in carried with a single action. Look to your character sheet for your carrying capacity w/o being encumbered.
Order -> Iris-> Hildr(Top of Initiative) -> Gawain-> Gallant
Iristosses the cot to the side, picking up one of the blocks to stack it on another, then hefting both. She goes back out into the main chamber, dropping the blocks off at the door since the others aren't through yet. With the last of her movement, she turns around to go back for more.
Hildr charges out of the room, hardly able to conceal her relief, urging the others to follow, so she can shut the door and start piling the stones, "If they're not too heavy for, er, you smaller folk, we can form a bucket brigade." She heard it called that once after she and her companions—they were only kids—"accidentally" set a nearby non-Illuskan village on fire...
She does worry that the creature—just admit it to yourself, Hildr, it's a vampire—might have another means of egress. There is that tunnel at the bottom of the pit...Hildr might raise this possibility to the others. Perhaps they should barricade the cellar against entry from above as well, and then hunker down here for the night. Wouldn't want to be pursued by a...a...a vampire outdoors in the dead of night.
Gawainis quick to follow after Hildrand Crannoc, sprinting into the next room ready to start grabbing stone to stack against the door. "That works, whatever makes this faster."
Gallant will look and see that almost all his friends are out of the way then he will say, “ Well actually, I would prefer to live. I do think being a vampire would be fun though.” He will turn and dash out of the room towards the place every else is and as he does so he will give Gawain bard inspiration.
this means Hildr and Gawain both have bardic inspiration.
You hear a furious scream as the deception is revealed, and the sound of nails scraping on stone as the woman throws herself at the wall of the pit again.
Exiting Initiative for Now
As quickly as you can, your group works your way around the room, taking the stone blocks from underneath the cots and stacking them against the now closed stone door leading to her chamber.
If possible and time permitting, Hildr takes any small pointed or angular objects she can find—large splinters of wood (from the cots or barrels or chests or anything else she can smash), shards of stone (if available), left-behind daggers, swords or whatnot, and so on—and wedge them around the outside of the stone door, starting at the bottom, thereby (hopefully) sealing the door tight in addition to the blocking mass of the piled stones. If she's too busy lifting and arranging the heavy stone blocks, she'll ask anyone who is largely idle to do this.
Whenever he feels like the creature should be out of the pit and approaching the door Gawainstops what he's doing and braces himself against it, helping to keep it closed in case they need more time to blockade it with other items.

The woman winced in pain as Crannoc's spell washed over her, but again it didn't seem to be as damaging as you thought it should.
“What if I give you myself as tribute, will it satisfy your rage?”
Gallant will step on to the edge of the hole. Waiting to hear back for a response.

Heavy stone blocks, hmm. Heavy stone... Then it hits her: "Heavy stone blocks," Hildr shouts, "to block the door!"
As fast as her legs can carry her, Hildr races back to the edge of the pit and glares down at the unholy thing.
