“Quick, anyone who can make an illusion, waft a smell of some tastie goodies towards him, lure him back here! And then an image of food over the trap! Hurry now, we canna let him get away!” Grymar says, hopping from foot to foot.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Lehmani, seeing the giant heading toward the town, jumps into action to draw the giant's attention back to the illusion Lore created.
Invoking her infernal heritage, she uses Thaumaturgy to amplify her voice 3x its normal volume as she shouts out,"Oi! Ya big oaf! What's wrong? You too scrawny to finish your meal!?"

Zubien rises up and commands, "Archers up!" Then he gives the command of "Draw" while pulling his bow string tight, and aiming. Then he gives the command of "Lose!" Zubien fires his arrow (Attack: 11; damage (if): 5)
If there's any chance at all of stopping him, Lehmani wants to try to intercept Zubien before he gives that command, dropping her Thaumaturgy and explaining,"No, we mustn't! We need to see if he takes the bait and falls into the trap before we launch our attack."

Lehmani - I would say you can use your reaction this round to quickly interject that statement before anyone can fire. Whether Zubien holds his attack is up to him. If he fires, the hunters will follow suit.

Lehmani - Yegor stops abruptly and turns with a snarl, his face contorted in a mask of rage. "Who said dat? I'll eat you too!" He then notices the illusory pile of food that Lore has conjured and forgets all about the insult.
Since you were all hiding at the start of combat, you have gained a surprise round.
Grymar is up, followed by Jahia, then Yegor (Surprised), then Zubien.
Grymar sees him running toward the food and shoots an arrow that goes wide. He shouts down, “Dontycha eat the last of our food ya big baboon! Get away from here! Our food is too delicious for you, too tasty! A goon like you won’t appreciate it, yeah?”
Longbow : 7 to hit, for 7 points of damage (favored foe and hunter’s mark won’t apply)

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Grymar - Yegor hears the arrow whizz by and lazily swats in its direction as if it were some biting insect. He hears your insults and pauses to look up at you with a piggish grin, "Yegor's food now!"
Jahia stands near the front door of the mill, peeking out, longsword at the ready, "A little closer you big galoot..."
Yegor was surprised and so he is still in the process of reacting to Lehmani and Grymar. It does look as though his intent is to go through the trapped area toward the illusory food.
Zubien is up, followed by lore, then Lehmani and Grymar.
All - I feel like based on everyone's posts you're all waiting for Yegor to bumble his way into the traps and that's fine, but I wanted to let you all have this surprise round because by rules you've earned it and in case there was anything else you may have wanted to do.
Lehmani will whisper, "Here we go..." then castsBless on Grymar, Zubien and either Lore (if she's within range) or herself (if Lore is not), granting them all +1d4 on Attack Rolls & Saving Throws for the next minute.

Grymar - Yegor roars in inarticulate rage as you continue to heckle him.
Jahia watches the giant from her hiding place inside the windmill, waiting for the right moment to strike.
Yegor's attention is drawn away from the pile of food to the annoyances atop the windmill, "I eat you, then your food!" He stomps angrily toward the first trip line, totally oblivious to it. Yegor blunders into it and his angry face turns into one of wide eyed surprise as he falls forward with a thundering crash. When Yegor hits the ground, the windmill quakes again!
Everyone, please make a DC 12 STR Athletics or DEX Acrobatics check. Lore, if you fail you fall prone. If Zubien, Lehmani, or Grymar fail, they fall from the windmill, fall prone, and take 1d6 points of bludgeoning damage.
The hunters all passed, seemingly having braced themselves for the fall after last time.
The hill giant also managed to fall into Lehmani's large bear trap. He hollers in pain as it snaps shut onto his left forearm, dealing 12 points of piercing damage.

Zubien - The arrow catches Yegor in his right buttock, causing him to yelp in pain.
Lore is up! Followed by Lehmani, then Grymar. The hunters will make their attack after Lore. Also as an FYI, Yegor is prone, but since his size is huge I figure it wouldn't make sense for ranged attacks against him to still be at disadvantage.
Lehmani is going to take this opportunity to grab one of the ropes and use it to secure herself. If she can also load up the catapult with the flasks of oil, she'll do that as well. If not, she'll call to the hunters to see if one of them can do it.
