Liathana points to the trees opposite of them, "Why don't we go to the cover of those trees, get closer, and try your spells? Perhaps it will help us hide and set-up our ambush!"

Alexander heads into the trees after Eniallis. Now they had a clear plan to ambush the possible goblin guards and finally save there boss.

Wolf Blade nods in agreement with the others as he silently gets into position, masking himself between a few plants *mask of the wild* preparing his bow for action
On the east side of the stream flowing from the cave mouth, a small area in the briar thickets has been hollowed out to form a lookout post or blind. Wooden planks flatten out the briars and provide room for guards to lie hidden and watch the area-including a pair of goblins lurking there right now!
Liathana, Eniallis, Wolf Blade: Unsurprisingly, the stream is very cold, but you all manage to mantain your compsure while crossing it. Once arriving into the thickets, you spot two goblins, which seem to be alerted by Alexander´s heavy armor!
Being hidden in the thickets give you all +2 to AC, and +2 to Dexterity saving throws.
Alexander: Just as you had feared, wearing a chain mail armor would make enough racket to catch the enemies’ attention. The goblins detect you, and fire their crossbows, but the arrows just bounce off your armor

Liathana, unsure if they have spotted her yet or not, crouches low to the ground and points her hand crossbow at the goblins. If one of them attacks, she will shot them.
(Liathana is readying an action. The trigger is if any of them attack. If they do, she will shoot them in the face with her reaction. The attack roll in case they do attack is 8 and the damage is 5.)

Seein that the Goblins are not going to listen to Eniallis, Alexander steps up behind him. He locks eyes onto the two goblins with a look that could kill, trying the intimidate them into giving up the fight. Using Thaumaturgy his eyes suddenly go from solid gold to jet black. Taking out the crossbow taken off the goblin from the ambush I throw it at there feet with the clear intent that there next.

"Eniallis, tell them that if they do no surrender or try to run they will meet the same fate as there friends at the ambush site."

"Or maybe we don't come in peace." Eniallis shrugs "This guy wants me to tell you that if you don't surrender, you'll meet the same fate as the owner of that crossbow. You probably knew him, didnt you?" (everything in goblin)
The goblins drop their weapons unconciously as they stand petrified as the Holy Knight looms close behind Eniallis.
One of them kneels, and begs for his life, saying he’ll do anything if you spare him.
The other one, however, didn’t even have the chance to say or react, as he was suddenly pulled towards the thicket, finding himself tied by Wolf Blade. That goblin, soon, also started pleading.
What will the party do with the goblins now that they are at their mercy?
Taking out these goblins in a diplomatic, albeit violent, way, has granted you all Inspiration.
Seeing that the situation is under control Alexander retrieves the crossbow that he tossed on the ground and picks up the weapons dropped by the goblins and throws them out of reach of them. Wanting to be ready if the one that's not tied up tries to run or warn anyone he goes behind the kneeling goblin and readies his sword to strike.
"Now that they seem to more complaint, let's now ask are questions. We need too know there defenses, who Klarg is and the whereabouts of Gundren Rockseeke and Sildar Hallwinter. While we are at it let's ask if there are any treasures that that they have."

"Probably the best to cast spells from a hiding place." concludes Eniallis and heads towards the trees.
To be honest... I have no idea what I'm doing.
