What is it about the younger ones always wanting to rush in, swords glinting in the sun...Oona tries to hunker down and wait for the fighting to break out before flinging any spells. The heavens know she doesn't want to have goblins up close, they smell worse than the barbarians at the tavern.

Calid and Sylvie: The bears do look like they're on the thinner side, and it looks like there's even some whip scars on their flanks. You get the feeling they are hungry and poorly treated.
(Seems the consensus is to ambush the goblins, I'll roll stealth for Orixian then proceed with that in mind.)
Orixian Stealth: 10
It's definitely not the stealthiest jaunt in the history of Faerun for many of you, but the goblins seem too consumed by their work to note your approach. If there are any goblins at the polar bear wagon, they give no warning to their approaching kin. By the time you sneak up in range to spring your ambush, the goblins hauling the dwarf sled are 80 feet away from the parked wagon. All the goblins are bundled head to toe in rough furs. One at the front of the throng seems to be setting the pace and chants in goblin to spur forth her comrades.
Anyone who understands goblin:
Out in the land of endless snow, Dwarf iron to the goblins go, Now back, now back to the wagon-o, Hi, ho! Hi, ho!
You array yourselves in a line behind the sled, unseen by the goblins. They are none the wiser for now - if you want to strike, best to do it now.
(In lieu of rolling for initiative for this ambush, we'll just have the party go in a block first and then have the goblins go last. You guys will be getting a surprise round. It'll be first come first serve as far as actions go, feel free to take your turn in any order. If you go to the owlbear rodeo link, you'll see the map I've set up - be sure to indicate which goblin you're attacking in your post, and if you're striking lethally or non-lethally!)
Oona begins to pull the threads of magic together, a fiery spell forming on her palms. She waits for an ally to run in and draw all the attention. However, she takes a few steps too many and nearly trips on a rock. "Aah!"
Rather than falling flat on her face, she throws her hands out to catch herself, launching a fire bolt which somehow hits the furthest goblin in the face. (Attack: 21, Dmg: 5 fire, I think)

Un-holstering his crossbow, Unburdened dives behind a nearby tree and lets loose a bolt at the nearest goblin to him (Goblin#5), aiming for the leg (non-lethal).
Solvail grabs her amulet and mutters a prayer, then moves ahead of the group and extends her palms as a shower of fire covers the goblins, her eyes lighting up in the reflected light from the burning goblins in front of her.
((Move 20 ft ahead, cast Burning Hands for 9 fire damage on most goblins (except #1 and #5), Dex 13 for half damage.))
Ciaran rushes forward flanking the left side of the group and swings his glaive towards goblin #1. He keeps his focus on this creature, but will remain alert if anyone else within reach of his weapon (10 feet) moves to attack any of the companions, leaving an opening for an opportunity attack.
Seeing that the rest of the goblins have been attacked already, he will try to keep this one alive for further questioning.
Orixian sighs as he trudges forward as fast as the snow will let him. At least we're not trying to kill them outright. It looks like the others are pulling back from the deadliest blows. He moves up to the nearest goblin and swings, trying to pivot his axe at the last moment to smack the goblin with the flat of the blade.
After Oona falls flat on her face, everything happens quickly - Oona's firebolt catches the hood of a goblin alight, and in its haste to put it out, it does not notice Ciaran sidle up and smack it headfirst into the snow. A bit of steam billows up from the snow as it douses the flames before it can do too much damage to the goblin, but the creature does not get up. Meanwhile, Solvail lets loose a gout of flame from her hands. The goblins, perhaps thanks to their thick furs, are spared the worst of the damage, but still badly hurt. It does not take much effort for Orixian to slide up next to the cleric and give the nearest goblin a good whack on the head, dizzying the creature until it can't help but collapse. Calid's flame unfortunately misses its mark, but Sylvie and Unburdened are able to make expert shots into the legs of two other goblins, sweeping them off their feet without killing them outright.
Only two goblins remain, both badly hurt by Solvail's spell. They have a frantic, confused look in their eyes at the sudden attack - they look like they're about to turn tail and run. Meanwhile, a shape moves up to the top of the wagon and watches the fight unfold. It's too soon to tell whether or not they are going to retaliate.
Orixian glances up at the movement on the wagon and points with his axe while raising his shield to cover his front as he advances. "Eyes on!" He puts himself between the fleeing goblins and the party, ready for whatever might come in response to their attack.
((Moving forward as much as he can and taking the Dodge action. Hoping to be a more central target for any incoming attacks.))
Same as Orixian, Ciaran runs forward to stand as close to the other group of goblins as possible. He doesn't know if they are going to attack or flee, but he wants to be nearer whatever happens.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Good they are fleeing now who is in the carriage. Calid will head towards the polar bears and toss them 2 rations 1 for each and try to calm them in hope they don't join the battle.
Solvail plants her staff firmly in the snow at her side, assuming as imposing a stand as her frame allows as her voice suddenly booms over the constant wind "Begone!" and echoes before fading.
((Casting Thaumaturgy for a possible boost "Your voice booms up to three times as loud as normal for 1 minute." to Intimidation, with an awesome natural 1 (total 4).))
Instead of a bolt, Unburdened loads a pellet of that contains a mix iron oxide, aluminum powder and red phosphorus (basically an improvised self-starting thermite charge) into the groove. He then walks closer to the action watches for a wrong move from the remaining goblins or their boss. If any of them does make a hostile move, he will loose the pellet on the one that acted first.
As soon as Silvie sees the figure on the wagon, she moves behind a tree and takes aim. She will shoot the moment the figure makes a hostile or suspicious move.
Oona gets up and ducks behind some rocks for cover and throws another fire bolt, this time without making a fool of herself.
(Attack: 19, DMG: 4 fire on G3)

Oona knocks down another goblin, meanwhile the group goes to intercept the wagon and the goblin boss within. Orixian and Ciaran take up positions at the front of the group, acting as the vanguard. Sylvie and Unburdened ready their attacks, waiting to strike. Calid tosses some rations to the bears and they begin to scarf them down. They don't appear to enjoy the taste, but at this point it seems like they don't have much room to be picky.
Solvail's voice booms across the icy hills, echoing for what seems like miles. The last goblin standing runs back to the wagon in a fright. Meanwhile the figure at the top lets out a frustrated and terrified yelp and waves her arms. "'Ey! That's enough! We give! We give! You want the iron back so damn bad, take it!" She cries. "Just don't kill us!"
Mistakenly threw some more goblins onto the map - We are out of initiative. You may approach the goblin wagon unharmed.
Solvail tries to maintain her pose even if her voice breaks a little due to the cold and the creatures in front of her, "Your beasts..." her spell-enhanced voice booms again as she motions to the bears over the food Calid threw, "They starve. They didn't taste that dwarf's flesh."she eyes the goblin for a moment "What did that? What else did you see around?"
"Right. We only have one chance for a good first impression," Unburdened says in a hushed voice. He follows Sylvie's and Ciaran's lead.
