The world is quiet save for a sharp and piercing ringing that makes it hard to think. It briefly occurs to Constance that one of her eardrums, or perhaps even both, has ruptured. In any case, the horrifying visage of the the phantom is all she can think about--thoughts of her companions shattered by that penetrating ring, shoved into the blurry periphery of her mind.
As fear wracks her whole body with tremors, leaving her quite literally shaking in her boots, Constance grinds her heels into the floor--an assertion of will fed by a dangerous mixture of morbid curiosity and impetuousness, and opens her mouth. At first, it's only a trembling and frigid breath that leaves her lips like a winter fog, but eventually she finds words.
"[Who bound you to your sorrow, fair maiden? What was it that tied you to these wretched stones?]" she asks in Elvish, remembering tales in her research of the undead of the ill-fated women whose deaths were so violent, their spirits turned into harbingers of death. Though unable to walk closer, she takes tentative steps out into the aisle, hoping to keep the apparition's focus.

Seeing the tabaxi stabilize, he would grit his teeth as his gaze turns towards the banshee. The old man felt a second wind wash over him as he pointed his war hammer towards the high warden. "I will help you to defeat this unholy creature.... and then you will free EVERYONE you have taken."
Persephone pants as she tries to calm herself. "Anger isn;t an effective way to call upon the Maiden's peace, Seph", she thinks to herself.
Seeing Walt stabilize Ed, she leans forward to cast "Spare the Dying" on Rammand before Sal drags him out of reach.
Knowing Elvish, she realizes what Constance is asking and that it's about what she would ask (but without sarcasm) and doesn't address the spirit herself.
"By the grace of the Goddess I'm about to remove fear. Warn me if our surprise guest tries to attack me from behind." (in a normal tone of voice, those seated near her shouldn't need to make a roll to hear, but she's not deliberately raising her voice loud enough the whole church can hear. Maybe 20 ft radius of her without a per roll?)
She turns toward the Heralds, but not far enough to see the Banshee again. "Stabilize your fallen friends with the "Spare the Dying" canterip. Or Lay on Hands as a Paladin to heal them. Or first aid if you have no God given gifts." (Raising her voice till they should have no problem hearing her. She tries very hard to make her tone helpful.)
She forces herself to close her mouth without adding anything sarcastic.
The shriek stops Rammand in his tracks. A combination of terror and the worst migraine of his life leave him paralyzed until Salamir drags him down. He groans, “Really? That’s your main concern right now?”
He pulls his crude nebulizer and sticks the tubes into his nose before activating the device. Cure Wounds Heal: 5
”We must get out of here. That thing is going to kill us.”
The banshee continues to moan and gracefully levitate over the altar. She is looking around the room as if searching for something or someone without looking at her no one can be sure.
"I can heal the pontifex," Reeves replies to Persephone.
A flash of white light comes out of Reeves cradling the unconscious older human woman.
"Felicity my love...wake," Reeves says unable to keep the emotions out of her voice her eyes hallowing as her face looks gaunt. Skeletal wings then emerge from her back shining the pontifex. "Hear my father's call, " she adds as the flash of divine energy emits from Reeves surrounding the pontifex. "He has not abandoned you as he has turned his face from me," she adds next! She is no longer wearing her own human visage but now bears the resemblance to a fallen aasimar! The pontifex moans and stirs. Reeves then casts dark, empty sockets for eyes looking at the golden masked fighter. "Get them up," Reeves then demands pointing at the unconscious golden bulwark fighter!
The golden masked fighter nods then lowers to one knee and disappears from view of the party. A gasp for air issues from near the altar however before as the party sees the other golden masked fighter stand up beside their companions. Two hulking masses of ceremonial armor standing blocking Reeves and the pontifex from view!
Moaning slightly louder the banshee hovers over nearer the Heralds rasping out ferocious words in elvish!
"Defiled, desecrated, and destroyed, " the banshee says in elvish. "You will pay for your hubris, " she adds zooming towards the Heralds!

Walt looks towards the banshee as shivers run down his spine. The light from his lantern give him a little reassurance as he points his Warhammer towards the undead specter. he would mutter a few words to the Dawnfather as a bright guiding bolt streaks from the Warhammer towards the undead creature.
Salamir is breathing hard after moving Rammand and suffering such a psychic blow after the lack of sleep, but he takes a breath and delves deep into his reserves of energy, depleted as they are.
The party is still huddle by the second pew on the left minus Salamir and Rammand who are behind the first column on the left.
The banshee, unless you look at her, is in the wind. All attacks are at disadvantage.
The Heralds are huddled around the pulpit on the right. Two masked figures are blocking Reeves and the pontifex giving full cover.
Update on round 1
Without line of sight Walt would roll with disadvantage. Please reroll and take the lower roll. You may also roll against being frightened at the end of your turn.

Salamir listens as the conversation goes in elvish, piecing together as Persephone calls the ghost by name, that this likely is the necromancer whose tower was used for parts in the construction of the temple they were in. He cannot see the ghost confirm this fact though.
As he hides behind the column he carefully looks out at the ghostly figure once again, trying to will himself to stop trembling even as he is surrounded by the comforting twilight produced by Persephone. He takes out his hand crossbow, loads a bolt and aims, ready to take the shot if the creature attacks again.
Bonus Action: Hide: Stealth (not sure if banshee is in line of sight at this point so will roll twice in case disadvantage): (6,12)+3= 9 (even without disadvantage as it turns out) Action: Ready attack with hand crossbow on banshee.
