Pharblex lets out a pained ribbit as he is yanked 10 ft closer to Serge crackling with lightning lassoed around him. He is now standing at the stall entrance as each stall is 10 ft deep.
Ixsas can see Pharblex if he moves to the southern part of the stable though Serge is blocking most of the view.
Ixsas easily hurls the feed bag to where he wants to it to land.
Ixsas threw the bag ~10-ft into the thorny area of the floor, just inside the double doors. Then he moved back toward the trough, planning to pick it up and then leap onto the bag. Trying to make "stepping stones" for him and Serge to cross the thorns. Of course, Serge (mostly) leaped across the whole area on his own...
Ixsas is surprised at Serge's athletic ability and winces when he sees him stumble through the last few feet of sharp thorns. He hesitates a moment, and it sounds like Serge has found Pharblex. So, Ixsas abandons the "stepping stones" idea an just races to get into position to help Serge. Since the thorns vanish as he moves, he just moves straight south to see who Serge has found. Since they're already in a fight with the bullywugs, Suggestion is no longer an option. Ixsas grasps his holy symbol and prays that Pharblex hear the sound of Kossuth's final, all-consuming fire that all creatures rejoin in death.
Movement: Move toward the south side of the room to get a view on Pharblex without getting too close. Action: Cast spell Crackling of the Final Flames on Pharblex, WIS 15 save or target takes damage: 7 (Necrotic) (since he's not at its Max HP) Reaction: If Pharblex or anything else within 30-ft of him looks like they're going to hit Ixsas, he'll use Warding Flare to impose disadvantage on the attack.
Serge grits his teeth at the ringing in his ears, but holds his ground. "Sorry, Froggo. Not today."
Serge then raises his longsword.
Longsword Attack: 8
Longsword Attack: 18 Slashing Damage: 10
He then takes a deep breath and tries to shake off some of the pain he is feeling... [Bonus Action - Second Wind to recover 6HP]

(Could you give us a brief idea of where Zeds and Krackle are by your estimation, DM? I think Zeds at least should be at or able to get into the action this round since he can move, dash and Bonus Action dash again... But I'd rather know for sure where you have us?)
(Sorry, but does that mean Zeds is bottom of ladder but has used his action to move there? There but still has his action and bonus action? Somewhere near there with some combination left? If he had to use more than movement to get to the stables he would have used Bonus before Action so as to try to keep Action available...)
Here is a battle map. After some calculations I was mistaken, and Zeds started this round where the dagger is placed. Hope this helps. The blue dot is the ladder. Krackle is on the second floor where the ladder is. Beginning this round you still have your full movement and bonus action. Pharblex is at the entrance of Stall 6 with Serge in front of him.
Seeing, or perhaps more accurately hearing, the Thunderwave, Zeds is relieved that Serge seems up to it and that their target wasn't able to use it to get away. Still, despite the echoing thunderous noise, Zeds is pretty sure he hears the cavalry coming. Theirs, not his own.
"We best end this quick!' he spits out as he races up into melee with the frog-ish leader and attacks with his blades.
Shortsword vs Pharblexx: 12to hit for 10 piercing damage
Using his Bonus Action, he takes another swing...
BA Shortsword vs Pharby: 14to hit for 9piercing damage
(If either hit then there is also 11Sneak Attack damage...)
((OOC: FYI - I'll post once I see whether Zeds hit Pharblex. I have two different ideas for Ixsas, but +/- 20 HP of damage to Pharblex will affect my choice.))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Round 7: Ixsas
Hearing the approaching footsteps from the Outer Ward, Ixsas would agree that party needs to finish off Pharblex before they get surrounded by bullywugs. He is relieved when Zeds rushes into the fight even if their bloodied rogue looks like he has sustained more damage upstairs. Ixsas realizes that he's going to need to reserve some of his power (and his concentration) for healing his companions if they're going to be facing more guards! He has no doubt that the castle will soon be on high alert, and even if the lizardfolk fight against the bullywugs, their group will still need to fight their way across the Outer Ward and then past the guard drakes just to get into Dralmorrer's tower.
Ixsas is disappointed when Pharblex nimbly hops around and dodges Zeds's attacks. (Maybe they're seeing how Pharblex was able to defeat the lizardfolks' shaman!) Still, with both Zeds and Serge facing Pharblex, Ixsas decides that he no longer needs to guard the door to the Outer Ward. If the bullywug guards open the doors, he doesn't want to be caught there alone just inside the doors! Ixsas moves away from the door and focuses on finishing off Pharblex as quickly as he can. He says, "You may have some tricks, bullywug, but you are no match for the power of the Firelord, Kossuth!"
Bonus Action: Cast spell (LVL 2 slot) Spiritual Weapon. A floating, translucent spear of radiant light rimmed with flickering flames appears next to Pharblex (on whichever adjacent square is not occupied by Zeds or Serge). Attack Pharblex: 17, Damage: 5 (Force) Action: Cast spell Crackling of the Final Flames at Pharblex. WIS 15 save or Pharblex takes damage: 13 (Necrotic) (since he's not at Max HP) Movement: As / after Ixsas casts his spells, he moves away from the door, first heading north and then west (right and then up on the map). He basically wants to be positioned near the front of the stall where Serge calmed the giant lizard and hopefully to the west (slightly "above") the line of the doors to the Outer Ward. That way, any new arrivals from the Outer Ward would have to split their attention between the party's two groups. Free Action: Talking. Reaction: The first time it looks like one of the creatures is going to hit Ixsas, he'll use Warding Flare to impose disadvantage on the attack.
(OOC: Darn! I was hoping that doing 17 dmg with a cantrip might induce Pharblex to surrender. Unless Krackle can pull off a big critical hit, I guess Pharblex will get at least one more turn before he's defeated.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Krackle scrambles down the ladder and races towards the enemy. Smoke still billowing form his nostrils as he maintains his dragons breath spell. Once he sees the bullywug, he tries to close the gap between the two of them as quickly as possible. Realizing that he won't be close enough to breath fire on the creature, he instead waves his hand and mutters a few words in draconic as he casts sleep on the creature....
