Biezdar sees decides not to struggle against the mimic adhesive powers, and instead hopes to get his flail back once the monster is slain. He grabs one of his Javelins (have 8 atm) and is going to jab the mimic using up a javelin in every attack if it sticks.
Attack: 3+6=9 (doubt it hits but if it does) damage 4+4=8 piercing.

The mimic fails to avoid the sacred flame, and has added a maul and a stone to its collection. The other two attacks, as assumed, do miss. (Gor, no need to reckless attack due to the faerie fire granting advantage, if anyone else forgot their advantage, reroll and if a crit (or higher for those that missed) include it in your next round post)
The mimic then decides the biggest threat right now is the armoured creature who still has a weapon (Biezdar) and so reaches out a psudeopod.
21 to hit, 8 damage and you are stuck to it (grappled) like the weapons. No restrictions to your attacks, just movement.
(oh right i did forgot to use advantage. My new roll for last round is 17+6= 23 for attacking with javelin, and if that hits as i assume it does, then it deals 4+4=8 piercing dmg as per previous post.)
Biezdar then it seems he lost one of his javelins in last attack and on top of that got sticked himself. For now he will try to withstand that troubling situation and attack again with another Javelin (13,11+6=19 to attack and if hit then 5+4=9 piercing damage). assuming hit then he looses another javelin to mimic leaving him with 7more to go. (i imagine they are poking out of his backpack being in easy reach to grab) Biezdar also will utilize his knight taught breathing technique to preserve stamina in battle (bonus action: Second wind 1+2=3 points of healing) but it was hard to accomplish being glued to hostile barrel of teeth.
Both javelins do hit, and the barrel is turning into a bit of a porcupine.
I am giving some benefit of the doubt over the weekend, I will bot anyone who hasn't posted a round 2 action by 24(ish) hours. The mimic is not looking too good.
Biezdar can not risk another hit from mimic so he disengages and moves away 30ft. Then in adrenaline rush, as he feels he is on ragged edge (i don't know if that applies to physical endurance - i am not native English speaker) he pulls another Javelin and throws at mimic from distance.
Action: Disengage -> movement 30ft. away from mimic. Feature: Action Surge: Action: Ranged attack with Javelin. (17,9+6=23) for 1+4=5 Piercing dmg.

(unfortunately, this is still round 2 which you have acted on already. Waiting on Gor and then it is the mimic before you. Also, you are currently stuck to the mimic so can't disengage)
Gor, having his maul stuck will grab a handaxe and slash with that instead. 16 to hit (didn't roll with advantage, but doesn't matter and neither does damage. It had 1hp), and as the axe hits, the barrel form turns into goo, and a non-sticky pile of unmoving ooze is now on the floor. Everything previously stuck to the mimic is now free (Including Biezdar)
Out of initiative. (also realised I forgot to attack with the gnome who was there, so I will just say they kept missing)
Gor pulls his maul free of the puddle of goo that is breaking down before him. He stands over it, looking elated for their offering to Lodis, and then looks around the room.
"They did say there's only one, right?" He said, reaching up to rub his hand over his mohawk. "Anyone know anything about such things as this? How do they uh...you know...make babies? Could it have laid eggs somewhere or uh...something?"
Gor is free! For now....
Quin misses but also means his dagger is loose on the ground and not stuck to the mimic
After joining more my signature got out of hand so I am now a proud member of the extended signature club!! :)
The mimic lashes out with a psudeopod from the side of the barrel at Biezdar. But misses (a 9)
Everyone is up

Jayson squeezes in beside Biezdar and attempts to jab at the mimic with his rapier, but fails to make contact.
((Roll via sheet, 4+4=8))
Kosef casts sacred flame from the back of the party:
DC 14 DEX Save or it takes 5 Radiant Damage.
Gor hefts the maul over his head and brings it down with everything he has on the miscreant wine barrel...

Kosef goes in to stab the mimic with his dagger, but thinks better of it and throws the dagger instead:
Attack: 9 Damage: 3 Piercing
Both attacks hit, the mimic is barely keeping its form together.

In a fluid motion, Jayson throws a dagger at the side of tge mimic, but the throw is errant and the dagger clatters to the floor.

Kosef turns around nervously. Seeing if any other objects are gonna pop out at them.
"We should inform the kings of what we found. Do we think there was only one?" says Quin as he looks about nervously.
