Sorry you’re right I missed that question. Es Sarch doesn’t know of the bones you’re talking about.
After a few brief hours of relaxation, Es Sarch comes to the room and announces, “The meeting will take place at the warehouse of our mutual acquaintance Bruthwol Coalhauler near The Bazaar. I will leave the nature of our approach and necessary security to you. I can tell you that The Inheritors have agreed to bring the same amount of people to the meeting as I, and to be mutually unarmed, if that is what you think is best. We can tell Bruhthwol our requirements when we get there, who will act as referee to both sides.”
Khessa, always concerned for the common folk, frowns at the mention of the dwarf merchant: "Why Bruthwol? Is he a prominent figure in the city? I thought he was just a common merchant... and if he is, why choose his warehouse? We risk involving him in a power struggle he's completely out of..." She raises an eyebrow. "Or perhaps he isn't?"
The blonde arcane warrior, however, moves on to consider security: "A bat I know will scout the meeting place before we arrive and report back to me. Bats are common in caves, so they won't arouse suspicion. Going unarmed isn't a problem for me," the eldritch knight states confidently, remembering the weapon bond that binds her to her magical greatsword. "If necessary, my blade will be with me in an instant. It goes without saying, however, that the others might be able to hide weapons of their own, or use spells, or perhaps even use their own bodies as weapons. We'd better be prepared for anything, and if we have any useful, long-lasting spells, we cast them in advance."
The tall adventurer concludes with a smile: "Anyway, I don't want to rule out the possibility that this could actually be a truly peaceful negotiation. Once we are ready for everything... let's go and see how this develops."
Is the meeting happening now? That is, does The Company just have a few minutes to plan, but then we need to leave and take Es Sarch there? Or is it still scheduled for later so that we have some time if we want to do anything before we need to escort Es Sarch?
Well Es Sarch would probably have given you time to prepare, let’s say a couple hours. He will explain that Bruthwol is a very well known and regarded trader in the city, known for his neutrality and independence. And as his warehouse is a little away from the Bazaar, it makes a lot of sense for him to act as referee. Neither side has any reason to harm him and he won’t be in the negotiation properly.
Khessa can roll a Perception check for Anator if she wants.
Theldrin isn't personally concerned about acting as an escort unarmed as he rarely relies on using weapons, but he does wonder if it's a good idea for the entire party. "I wonder if we can trust that the other side will indeed be unarmed..."
(OOC: I assumed that because we are underground Syllen could not send an animal messager to the bastion but I figured I would ask. Are we 150 miles from our bastion? If there is a path to get to the party's bastion Syllen could have sent orders for everyone on what they want to happen on the bastion turn.)
If we were told about the no weapons, Syllen would mention that he can hide everyone's weapons by turning into an animal and prepare a form that was tiny. Syllen would ask Es Sarch if they would suspect a wild shaped druid.
Es Sarch feels uneasy about deception. “I would remind you that both parties have agreed to an open conversation. If you think it’s best you’ll need to tell Bruthwol your terms and then deceive him.”

Assuming the day passes uneventfully, Theldrin will cast Mage Armor on himself as the party gets ready to head out to escort Es Sarch to the meeting.
