Syllen rushes over to Khessa after seeing her get hit. Putting his hand on Khessa he will cast Cure Wounds.
Action: Cast Cure Wounds lvl 2: heal Khessa for 33 HP. ( 21 Cure Wounds and 12 Starry Form)
BS: If Cloud Kill does not move, Syllen will use elven ability to cast Misty Step to get to the top right side of the room.
A flash of sincere gratitude flashes across Khessa's blue eyes as she feels Syllen's healing influence ease the intense pain and stem the bleeding. Sure, the scars of the terrible blow are still visible, and it will take some time to fade, but at least she no longer feels as if she has to grit her teeth to keep her soul from leaving her body!
Theldrin's Fireball goes off just after the Living Cloudkill saves against Xanrym's spell. Syllen heals Khessa and teleports to the north as Coriana's Pact weapons slice into the Living Cloudkill, damaging it severely. Ascepolous' attack misses the blade but is able to grapple it.
The Blade slices out at Ascepolous as the Living Cloudkill sends a wall of fog all around it in a 40ft radius, damaging everyone but Syllen I believe.
Another 18 for the Blade of Disaster, so Ascepolous takes 85 Force Damage.
You all are up, at the start of everyone's turn (except Syllen), you'll need to make a DC 16 CON Save or take 26 Poison Damage, half on a success. This is from the Living Cloudkill.
Wait hold up I've gone early for the Blade haven't I? Khessa and Avery actually get to go before it, they still need to make that save at the start of their turns, but if they can somehow stop the Blade of Disaster, then that damage doesn't hit it. Which I think would destroy the Staff of the Python.
So the cloud is a 40ft Diameter, so in fact only effects people within 20ft of the Cloudkill. I probably worded that wrong, but the effect is the same: Syllen is immune to the Cloudkill for now.
(OOC: Theldrin had moved back about 10 feet, just wasn't able to move any more squares on the map... so I think would be just outside the Cloudkill's area of effect?)
Khessa easily resists the toxins of the magical animated cloud, which gives her a boost of energy. But she remembers the danger of the animated blade all too well, and to make it more difficult for it to pierce her heart, she summons illusory copies of herself—which have a good chance of being hit instead of her.
The blonde arcane warrior then maneuvers around the menacing blade to position herself outside the cloud's area.
[[ OOC: Bonus Action: Second Wind. Action: Cast Mirror Image - 3 duplicates. Movement: Move just outside the cloud. The Living Cloudkill can use an Attack of Opportunity against Khessa if it wants (I suppose it wants - and so it wouldn't be able to do so against Avery... who can reach and attack the Living Blade of Disaster if he prefers to finish her off instead of the Living Cloudkill). Note that for some reason this time too the Legacy version of the spell is shown - but we use of course the 2024 version. ]]

Xanrym - CON Saving Throw: 6 (in game log)
Xanrym crouches behind the stone pew, but that doesn't spare him from the green fog that suddenly spreads out from the Living Cloudkill. The acrid vapors sting his eyes and nose and cause him to choke and gasp.

(OOC: I don't think the room is large enough for Syllen to have moved farther than 40 feet. For me it looks like the map ends 25 feet from the Cloud.)

Khessa uses Second Wind to recover 4 HPs
Yep must have missed that. OK, so both the Blade and the Cloudkill look like dissipating.
