(It's a little unclear on the map, but I think there is only one set of stairs. So the stairs that Xanrym are on are actually the ones next to the Dwarf. I've tried to make it clearer on the next map. But with Khessa's Pike and Xanrym being technically above and out of melee with the Sahuagin, all your actions should be possible.)
(OOC: Yes, I think that's clear. Did we say something that didn't work?
The stairs on the SE of the main deck are the same as the stairs at the south of the quarterdeck. No confusion there. Xanrym was at the top of those stairs at the end of round 2. On his turn in round 3, he was going to finish climbing the stairs and cross the quaterdeck to look over the stern, thinking that the Sahuagin Baron would climb back up there. Xanrym would have been leaving the stairs as Khessa approached to go down. While it's not possible to pass an opponent in a narrow, 5-ft wide space, it should be possible to move past an ally, right?)
Syllen holds on to the set of scrolls that has his star map on it. Channeling its power, Syllen forms a bolt of radiant energy and directs it at the Druid of the Deep. After moving to the stairs to be closer to the dwarf that was struck down he casts healing word on Coriana and uses the star form to heal the dwarf.
Guiding Bolt at Druid of the Deep: 18 hit 15 radiant damage
Healing Word: Heal Coriana(9)
Chalice: Heal Dwarf 1(10)
(OOC: I still see Avery at 10 HP in the app. If my math is right from healing him turn 1 his HP should be 35.)

Dwarf 1 is back up and wipes the blood from his mouth, eager to get back into the fight. The Druid of the Deep is looking really beat up now. Wolgar slams his Greataxe into the Sahuagin Baron:
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The Greataxe connects and chops off one of the Baron's arms, severely injuring him. He screams as the acidic blood sprays from his arm, which he directs at Theldrin and Wolgar. They make DC 14 CON Saves or take 8 Acid Damage and are cursed by the Fiendish blood:
Theldrin DC 14 CON Save: 9
Wolgar DC 14 CON Save: 4
While cursed, the target can’t benefit from the Invisible condition, its Speed decreases by 10 feet, and all Fiends within 120 feet of the target can sense its location regardless of interposing obstacles.

I'm just gonna roll Theldrin's Concentration check for him. (I realize it's a bit rich I remember this Concentration check and not the Druid's before. But that's the way it's worked out.)

The Web dissolves and the Druid, seeing the state of the battle going slightly against them, backs to the edge of he ship. She casts Healing Word on herself, then nashes her teeth at Coriana, who feels Spectral Jaws trying to knaw at her shoulder:
Spectral Jaw 1 against Coriana Attack: 8 Damage: 15 Force
Spectral Jaw 2 against Coriana Attack: 13 Damage: 9 Force
Group 5 and Group 1 are up. The Sahuagin are on the back foot. The Baron is almost ready to drop, but another cut might spray more of his blood. And the Druid of the Deep is looking better after her heal, but is slowly backing away from the fight.
Theldrin gasps as the acidic blood sizzles on his skin and clothes, then looks with chagrin at his dissolving Web. His mind racing, he considers that the Baron didn't seem to spout blood when his scorching rays hit him... setting his jaw defiantly he stands his ground on the ballista and casts his spell.
The first two missiles tear right through the Sahuagin Baron and he falls back into the water behind him with a scream. He writhes in the water for a time, the surface bubbling with green acid. Then he stops, dead. The next two missiles turn back and hit the Sahuagin next to Theldrin, also killing it.
Khessa, Xandrym, Avery, and Coriana are still up. With their commander dead, the Sahuagin are looking a little confused now. The remaining fighters look to the Druid of the Deep up on the Forecastle
Xanrym is surprised when the Sahuagin Baron bursts out of the water and onto the main deck. He was expecting the Baron to swim "away" from him and the ship and then take a little longer to swim back to the ship and climb up to the Quarterdeck. It's not until he leaps up out of the sea that Xanrym realizes that "away" -- when you're on the sea -- can also mean "down"!
Since Theldrin dispatches the Sahuagin on the main deck, Xanrym again takes advantage of the glowing aftereffects of Syllen's Guiding Bolt. He moves to the center of the quarterdeck and fires another crossbow bolt at the Druid of the Deep.
Movement: Move to the center of the quarterdeck. Action: Cast a spell True Strike with Attack the Druid of the Deep, Crossbow, Light (80/320): 20, Damage: 6 (radiant) (Both rolls in game log. Advantage from the Guiding Bolt.)
He'll take the opportunity for attack: (Crit) 26, damage 22
Oh yeah that Baron is really angry now, covered in cuts and really beat up.

Yep that's all right.

The other Dwarves attack their targets:

I forgot to add to my post but next attack against the Druid of the Deep has advantage.
The Sahuagin then press their attack:

With the Sahuagin in melee with you, those would all be at Disadvantage, happy for you to change your spell with that knowledge.
