3. If not, then carry/drag the unconscious Derro into the townhouse.
4. Once we're in the townhouse, Syllen will try to wake up the Derro (Medicine check).

If we do find someone else in the townhouse, then we'll have to deal with that complication between steps 2 and 3.

Excellent, you easily tie up the derro. Theldrin's familiar doesn't notice anyone in the townhouse, although it is getting late, and even with darkvision it's somewhat hard to see.
